Review: I aid $149 to receive a final revised Resume and Cover letter. The service included a revision process which was one draft in which I could give my suggestion and from my suggestions they would send a final product. I received the draft on time and gave my feedback and was told I would have a new resume and cover letter by [redacted]. I never received anything after this email. I proceeded to contact the company and they never responded. They said my final date to have all my completed documents would be [redacted]. They did not deliver what I paid for therefor I would like a full refund.Desired Settlement: I want my $149 refunded to the correct card I paid with.

I have not received my final drafts of a good product and these were due on [redacted].I purchased this package to include a job worthy Resume and Cover letter on [redacted]My purchased was confirmed with a 1st draft to be sent to me on [redacted].I received they first draft on [redacted] which stated my resume revision period would end [redacted].I sent my revisions on [redacted].I emailed the status of my resume on [redacted]. NO response.I emailed [redacted] on [redacted] with no response until [redacted].I also email Katie Warren on [redacted] and she email back but not until [redacted] did she say I will get my revision.On [redacted] a sloppy revision was received in which I only had two days to respond. I responded on [redacted] expression how unsatisfied I was with the product I paid for.On [redacted] customer service email me back finally asking if I wanted a reassignment.I responded on [redacted] accepting a new reassignment.I never got a response from my new assignment until [redacted]! And the product was worse that the previous employee. They copy and pasted from the previous work.I sent my revisions back 1/4 expressing once again how unsatisfied I am. Overall, this product was supposed to be perfected by [redacted] an to this day I have not received anything of the sort. After many complaints on company review sites I am not the only one who has had such bad service and who has been lied to. Their product is poor especially when the customers that need this the most are unemployed and are looking for a job which requires a resume. I have used the resume given with no luck of even an interview. They guarantee an interview within 60-days... well ever job I've applied to they deny me and I still haven't received my final product.

Review: I paid this company $99 to have my my resume professionally written. What I got back looks very similar to the resume I sent them. I looked up reviews about this company, and I found out it is a scam.

Review: I contracted Top Resume, which is owned by Talent, Inc. to redo my resume, they did not perform the task at an acceptable level. In addition, they provide no direct access to the company or the person(s) rewriting my resume. Due to lack of communications, prevent the opportunity for me to communicate and speak about potential changes to my resume. They only wanted to communicate through email, which made the whole process challenging and ineffective. Plus, the service plan I purchased included an evaluation and rewrite of my LinkedIn page, I never received any consultation nor a rewrite of my LinkedIn page.Desired Settlement: I want Top Resume or Talent, Inc. to refund my initial investment of $99 immediately to my credit card.

Review: TopResume did not deliver what I paid for. I paid for a cover letter and resume with up to 2 revisions. I received an unacceptable first draft. I requested revisions within the allotted time period, got confirmation that those requests were received and would be completed, and then never received them. Now the company will not answer my attempts to contact them. This company scammed me out of my hard earned money.Desired Settlement: Ideally I'd like the service completed, but I don't have time to keep waiting. So now I'd just like my money back so I can hire another company to complete the job.

There was a free service in topresume.com. Below is the claim in their site:

I sent my resume and I got very poor results. So I bought their service.
After my resume reviewed and I got my brand new resume I tested with their free service my new resume. And I again got very poor points.
So I complained the company that there is a fraud. Either their free resume review is a fraud and used for fishing people into their service; or their results are not good.
In both of the cases I feel cheated.
There was 4 (4x$99) payments I need to make. I made the first payment. However as I feel cheated and not happy with the service I do not want to pay the left amount for it.Desired Settlement: I am not happy with the service and I do not want to pay any more.

Review: I purchased a resume rewrite service with TopResume - the package cost 150 dollars. Since then, I haven't received a single message from them. I've sent several emails to customer service and have never received a response. The company doesn't have any business number and it's impossible to contact them over the phone. I've done some investigating, and it looks like numerous people have gone through the same thing with this company - they have fake reviews on sites like Trustpilot, so people get taken in by the company's initially compelling offers and seemingly legit presentation.
The most important thing is that I paid 150 dollars for this and I haven't received anything from them. I paid for a product and I simply never received the product. I've never even received a single email that would suggest TopResume actually exists outside of automated email bots.Desired Settlement: I'd like my money to be completely refunded.

I submitted my resume to Top Resume for a critique. Katie, the resume writer/editor proceeded to tell me information about how to improve the language of my resume. She also stated that the last job where I work could not be verified. That is false. A.C.E at S.P.U Language Institute has been in business for over forty years. I was greatly offended that she would say I was lying. It was horrible. [redacted]
Review: I requested a resume rewrite from TopResume. I was told that the resume would be complete within 72 hours. Originally, I was sent the resume that I sent in and told that it was the rewrite. I complained and said this isn't the rewrite, it is the resume I sent you. I was sent and apology and told that I would get more time to critique the resume when I was sent the rewrite. The next day I got the rewrite and it was a complete disaster. It looked like someone had spent 20 minutes writing it and it was: very generic, omitted relevant experience, the formatting was very difficult to read and the wording was very junior. It didn't encompass any of the feedback that I had been given in my resume critique that the company provided. In stead of the rewrite elevating my experience and making me look more professional it made me look more junior.Desired Settlement: I would like a complete rewrite that it is the level I expected based on the resume critique I received or a complete refund. This process is putting me behind in my job search because I am going to have to spend more money and time getting my resume properly written.

Review: TopResume does not provide a contact telephone number for the purpose of billing issues. I had a process issue following payment on TopResume website. I have to rely on someone via email getting back to me on how to move foward with the website rejecting my resume details. I filled out the CONTACT sheet which is on website (no telephone number for resolution) with no response. Finally 2 days later I receive a response telling me no refund. No refund with no service provided, another unacceptable response. In addition, I continue to attempt to receive responses on next step for refund, with no response. Review: I purchased the $149 resume services from Monster Resume Services on February **, 2016. I was given an email from Monster Resume Services/TopResume. Upon contacting them on Thursday February **, 2016, I was given a specific date of when I would receive the first draft and that I would be contacted by an assigned resume writer. TopResume/Monster Resume Services has failed to deliver said revised resume based on their own omission that it would done by the close of business February **, 2016. Review: This business states that they will give you a top of the line resume but essentially copy pastes the information into a template with skills that dont really match my skill set. They mis spell things and even after 4 or 5 attempts and 2 writers they still cant get it right and refuse to refund me.
