I have reviewed the response
made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I emailed the company Spotify back and they asked me to email them my credit card informationThey asked for the first digits on my credit card and the last digits of my credit cardI am not comfortable emailing out this kind of information. I emailed spotify back and told them how I feel and they're insistant that I email my credit card informationI dont that this is the best way to handle this because apparently when we gave them our credit card information in the first place thats when I had multiple charges from them to my bank account which they somehow cannot find but they can certainly charge my card 1-2x per monthPlease help me figure out a better solution with them rather than the one they're asking meI do not think that is customer service friendly.Thank you***

Hey, We're aware that the customer doesn't find our offer satisfactoryWe the user originally got in touch with us, it wasn't to cancel their subscription but to change their subscription to a cheaper priceWhen we outlined why they were paying the original price and how to get the cheaper price, they didn't respondFor that reason, we aren't able to refund more than the most recent payment.
