Hey,I have reviewed the customers case and I can see that we were contacted several times in regards to the some issues involving the Family PlanHowever, none of these issues related to the users complaint. Unfortunately in this case we're not able to provide a refund for the userHowever,
as a gesture of good will we are open to providing the user and his two siblings each x day Premium codes, once the Family Plan has expired on each account.Thanks,
