No one from Spotify has reached out to in order to resolve this issue, although they sent a message through Revdex.com stating that they would. All these days later and they have not rectified the situation...what is going to happen to my account once the free trial ends?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. I am SHOCKED that they would answer you in this fashion: "Hey, ...." Are you serious???? They respond to the Revdex.com with a:...

"HEY" and follow with a few other words and in which they say they will contact me? They don't say that this will be resolved or anything "PROFESSIONAL"!!!??? They are completely aware that they are double billing THOUSANDS of customers!!! The complaints of fraud, are all over the internet!!! Something needs to be done with this company, regardless if my money is refunded or not!!! How many people are being ROBBED, every single day from this company and are unaware??? In the modern busy crazy life people are leading now..... Bank statements are emailed and paperless and not everyone checks line by line on thier statements, as years ago. This company needs to be investigated!!! What kind of business doesn't respond to multiple emails and has NOOOOOO phone number for contact, anywhere on the web???I would hope someone is going to investigate this company, in a very very critical manner. They are thieves!!!!

How did I sign up for this subscriotion? In laymen terms did I go to your website and sign up, wgere did I sign up for this subscription? Not how dod I pay for it. That is a seperate issue. I am trying to say that I did not sign up for a trial, or if I did tgen it was through android. Please tell me how I signed uo.

Hey there, We had an issue with our payment system, and it looks like the subscriptions weren't cancelled properly. We've now sorted this out and will respond to the customer. Thanks,

Hey,We have checked the users account and can see that he has been paying for a Premium subscription registered on 2014-12-** until 2015-07-** at which point the user cancelled. There was a double charge in the month of April due to the user missing payment in March. Our system kept trying...

to take payment and was not successful until 2015-04-**. The payment for April was then taken on 2015-04-**. The last point the user used the account was on 2015-04-**. We have therefore provided the user a refund for the last 3 payments, due to the user not using the product they received. The user's subscription has been terminated and they will no longer be charged.We have responded to the user and awaiting response.Thanks,

Again, I still do not know who is even corresponding and looking at my account.  I would like to review this as the bank states that they are showing that you authorized 2 payments and are unable to withdraw the charge until you cancel the payment request.  I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL.  I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW THAT I AM A VALUED CLIENT, NOT A NUMBER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has been two months and the company has repeatedly refused to refund my money. If they are willing to refund my money to me, I will not pursue legal action. However, everytime they say they will reach back out to me, they continously tell me there is nothing they can do. If you're company is willing to refund me the money they rightfully owe me, then lets talk.
