Hi ***, are you needing me to copy and paste their email to you? Graham says he's a member of the "Executive Customer Service " team and that my email address of *** isn't pulling anything up for them nowHowever, the last three reps I spoke too (prior to contacting the Revdex.com) was able to pull the account upThe last rep actually told me they we're canceling the account and then said no, they weren't able to cancel the account because of a hold on it, and then told me oh, your account has been hackedSo I'm not sure exactly what to believe, other than they are playing games and I don't appreciate it. We are investigating

We have reviewed the case and can see that the got in contact twice and in one we asked for confirmation details and in the other we found the payments and that they were Pending charges and so they were not charged.We also sent an email informing them of this fact
