comment that Spotify will contact the customer  (me) that has not happened. I don't know how you guys were fortunate enough to reach them because their impossible to reach.I finally got a response last week stating they would cancel my streaming service.I look on my statement this week &see they are still charging me.I have never seen a business like this.They don't respond to your  e-mails.I googled Spotify to see if they had a customer service #.And indeed they do have a number.Every time you call it you get a strange busy signal.]

Basically I got one email that they...

looked at the accout associated with my email which I said in all 5 emails to them that this is not the account that's being charged to my account. I just want these two charges to stop. I would like to speak with someone because clearly they cannot fully read their emails. I do not want the same thing sent to me over and over. The online support is not helping and that's the link they send. I sent my bank info and dates of the transactions along with the receipt number and again no response.

They still tried to screw me and in hindsight $300 loss for 5 years free seems like a baby punishment, but if they are too cheap to meet me there then how about 3 years of premium service. Seeing as the second charge happens while I was just trying to start a 30 day free trial. They weren't even...

willing to give me a month for free after paying for two. I would like the $10.80 refund and 3 years of service for free than I am done. They have millions of users paying the monthly fee they can afford to lose $300 for five years, then they can afford to lose just under $200 for 3 years.

me which I appreciate. However, they did not answer all my questions are when the problems will be fixed. They also minimized the situation and only gave me a partial refund of 1 months when I had paid for 3 months.

The business told me because I know the person who used the card they won't refund but still I did not receive the services n it is my card whether I know them is not relevent u charged me for services I didn't receive
