Hi, We're still seeing the charges as pending and are unable to issue any refunds. We've asked the customer to get back to us with a screenshot of his bank statement showing the charges as successful as well as asked him to speak with his bank to investigate the pending charges further.  The customer got back saying he spoke with his bank but we're still waiting for the screenshot of his bank statement showing the charges as successful.

not have an account but would like me to supply them with information such as the date of the fraudently transaction, the first six and last four numbers of the card that was charged, the country of origin of the card.  I feel that giving them more information may result in more fraud.  Can you advise me on this. Thanks[redacted]

They only offered me 6 months for unauthorized charges and a 3 month credit on my current spotify account.  I am still out so much more money.   I think they should do the right thing and they are trying to go cheap on me

Hello, We've refunded the user's payment and terminated their subscription, so they haven't been charged since. The user has been disabled after sending us a torrent of abuse, so they will not be charged again, nor will they be able to use Spotify. Thanks,

is still insisting on my entire credit card number, which I have said in number of ways that I will not give! I will only provide the information that is found on my credit card statement, dates, and amount charge, and only the last 4 numbers of my credit card. They have the email address assoiciated with the charges, that and what I will give should be efficiant enough for them to verify the account and issue me a refund for the charges.[redacted]
