Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The business contacted me directly telling me they had issued a refund and suggested I contact my bank After some back and forth over several days, Spotify told me they had reissued a refund They told me to wait another 3-working days Still no refund after several daysI contacted them againThey investigated further and discovered the refund had, in fact, not been processed due to a problem on their endThey've corrected the problem and the refund finally went through.I find that this resolution is satisfactory though it took more time and effort than it should haveConsider this matter resolved Sincerely, [redacted] ***
