[redacted]To whom it may concern, This email was just received by me on 4/2 and as you can see I responded to it. This same individual called me on 4/11 (today) and asked if I had received his email, to which I responded that I had replied. I then reminded him that I had asked several times to be removed from their contact lists, to which he acted like he knew nothing about my previous requests. He said he would put me on the list, to which I reminded him that I had been told that several times already. However, his email obviously contradicts his statements. I was wondering if you would hear me out on this email. I know that it can be annoying to get calls all the time from different TQL reps trying to get set up with you as an outside carrier so I am not going to do that. Instead, I am going to ask if you would consider partnering with TQL for truck load shipments if our service and price were right. I can either try to offer to be the cheapest truck available, because I know that money talks, or I can offer a combination of service and price that would efficiently meet your shipping needs. I am very competitive on prices, and our services at TQL includes but are not limited to 1. On time trucks ( I understand the importance of having on time trucks for these shows) as well as in general 2. Communication between drivers and the tracking of trucks during a shipment 3. Reliability 4. Quality trucks with reliable equipment 5. The responsibility I have of communicating the process of the shipment with you I know that with business, it comes with selling myself and not my company. I am not a rookie in sales, and do have an interest in partnering for freight shipments. Would you be open to the idea if I could provide better prices than current carriers and just as good service if not better? I am not trying to step on anyone’s shoes. There was no focus on informing us about the alleged faulty loading. Your driver saw the product and he could have inspected it before the seal was put on. This did not happen, therefore TQL views this issue as carrier related.
As for PO#[redacted], Carrier Relations can investigate that issue to determine if any accessorials are owed. You can reach that department at ###-###-####.

Hello,TQL made it clear when we were on this load that it was a partial shipment. They cannot say that they hired a dedicated truck because they don't have the proof for that. In fact, on their confirmation, it clearly stated that this was a partial.A partial shipment means we can get more partials to go along with their partial to fill out the truck completely. For some reason they were paying us $2100 to move this partial when all of a sudden we reloaded it to the other carrier and they paid him $3400.It doesn't make sense but that's what it is.

I have all the emails on record. 1. Weather delayed, not much we can do, but paid extra for one day transit.2. Truck arrived too early on Friday, Feb 10, so they admitted is their fault, but one the email, they claimed we are not their. Then Kody told me on email again, it will be redeliver on Monday, Feb 13. Waited all afternoon and no show. Ask Kody for update and told me they won't make in on Feb 13 so they will attempt to reschedule next day Feb 14. Immediately told Kody that will be a bad if it is after 10am. You can see my email to Kody was a question I was asking him about changing the address for THEIR convenience if that will help. Kody response was "What is that address?" Never in the email mention changing address will cost me few hundred dollars (see attachment). 3. The dock in my facility are a full size dock. See for yourself - [redacted]but again this wasn't the original delivering destination, if only they delivery on Friday, Feb 10.4. With few extra hundred dollars.5. I can forward you all the emails and I was the one constantly asking for the updates. Kody barely did his job informing me anything.
