I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please note you are getting the opportunity to pay for your mistake before legal matters are taken.Both the Revdex.com and our company have sufficient evidence showing you TQL responsible in fixing the damages done to our chassis, the payment for time it has been out, and payment for retrieving the attachment.  Once TQL sent us the work order for this they are completely liable for any and all damages, you also sent another dispatch to another carrier (which we have copies of) instructing them to move our chassis after we specifically advised [redacted] that you are not allowed to move our equipment. We also have documented proof showing that [redacted] was fully aware that our chassis was in use for this move.If you were instructed by your customer to move the chassis that is your issue, not ours.  You are the party responsible in paying for the repairs on our chassis and however you seek your reimbursement, whether it be your customer or the carrier that you hired is your problem.  We are not affiliated with them nor did we receive any correspondence from them on this load. [redacted] from your company asked if anybody could use our equipment we gave him the response no verbally and via email.  Your company disregarded our decision and took the matters into your own hands once your company dispatched it to another carrier.Please confirm you will pay for all damages to chassis to be fixed, all charges incurred for time chassis has been out, and payment for going to retrieve chassis.Thank you Regards,
