We understand your concerns in regards to the load you hauled with TQL (reference number [redacted]).
Please be advised per [redacted] carrier contact agreement with TQL, [redacted] is responsible for the late fees that occurred during this load. This can be found in your contract under section 22 subsection 8. This section states: “Any cost incurred by BROKER due to CARRIER being late for pick-up or delivery appointments may be charged to CARRIER.”

Our Claims Department is actively working on this claim.  The response I received from our Claims Rep is:  "The status is that the claim is still with insurance and we're waiting on them to make a determination."

Per your Broker/Carrier Agreement you signed, you are accountable. Please refer to Section 22 "General Carrier Duties," numbers 3 and 4:
3. Failure to report any overage, shortage, or damage at loading or delivery may result in damages assessed against carrier.
4. Carrier is responsible for any damage or loss to the product, shipment or it's packaging, and any and all shortages.

After being told there was a possible claim for 300 I advised TQL rather than waiting for 9 months for a resolution go ahead and take the $300 and pay me the difference, and they declined to do so. I understand offsetting the payment but not the entire amount of $1000 for a $300 possible deduction. Their customer [redacted] already stated it was due to bad stacking no fault of the carrier but they refuse to honor that statement.

hi,Again I want to tell that we are not part of loading process and saw only back of truck.our driver make sure that straps are on.They didnt load properly so when the truck move on the road ,The load shifted.Driver was not allowed in loading zone so he wasn't able to make any suggestion regarding how to load properly.And by  only watching the back of trailer ,No one can predict that load is going to be shifted or not.I request Revdex.com to take a decision regarding this because this is going on and on.I want full payment .Let me know about your decision .

Again I want to inform you that only tail part of the load is visible to driver and he was not the part of whole loading process.Load is shifted because there is something wrong in the process of loading .And they put all focus  on informing them earlier.Let me tell you how TQL works.This is regarding TQL PO: [redacted].We covered this load from [redacted] to [redacted] Our pickup appointment was 3pm on 18June 2015.We pickup on time and when the shipper done with loading .It was about 4pm.My driver noticed that loading guys put straps too tight so it bend some paper rolls.when he report this to shipper ,he was informed that loading people are gone for the day.We immediately inform our broker. TQL night crew told us to wait there and not move the truck from there .From 4pm to next morning 6am ,My driver was stuck at their warehouse waiting for their decision.It was not our company fault at all.Next morning broker came and told us to move the truck to destination.Our driver stuck their for no reason for almost 14 hours where no restrooms are nearby and there is no place where he can eat nearby.We were told that we were given detention pay but when  they release the amount ,They didnt pay any penny for detention pay.I have all the emails for proof  because we communicate with them through email and phone.I have all the emails where there broker assure us to pay detention pay .but actually never gives.This is how TQL works because it thinks drivers are not human beings and they put others mistake on drivers.For this laod the mistake is done by shipper but instead of blaming them ,they just use us as space goat.We did our job ,We confirm the straps and seals.The load was not shifted because of our driver mistake so Why they charge us instead of shipper.

This location was marked Do Not Call on 1/5/17.  An employee called them on 1/27 to solicit business, but should not have.  I sent him an e-mail just now reminding him not to call Do Not Call locations moving forward.

Broker/Carrier Agreement that each carrier reviews and signs before hauling for us, mixing loads is not allowed unless otherwise stated by the broker and annotated on the Rate Confirmation. Excerpt below:Under section 22 in Carrier Duties, subsection 7: All loads tendered to CARRIER require exclusive use of trailer space unless otherwise specified in writing.
