I called *** She reported that she accepted the $TONU that was issued under new PO # [redacted] She reported she requested detention on top of that & broker told her customer wouldn't pay it I informed her that our overall company guideline when it comes to TONU is that detention is not due on top of that She disagreed and still requests detention I informed her I could not work on that due to our overall company guideline

Hello Mr [redacted] , TQL understands your concerns in regards to load you hauled on 1-8-which resulted in an under freight claim As a carrier, it is your responsibility to scale the truck and trailer to compliant with federal regulations It appears you traveled miles until you scaled (stopped by the DOT) There is a Quik Trip in Des Moines, IA (approximately miles away) that has a scale In regards to the deduction, this claim was accepted by your company (there is no official dispute) In order to complete the load, TQL hired another carrier to haul the remaining product to the receiver That is why there was a deduction of $(the amount that was paid to the other carrier) Per your carrier contract with TQL (section 4, subsection d), “Except in the case of force majeure, CARRIER is responsible for all additional cost incurred by BROKER when replacement and or cover Services are required arise out of CARRIER’s failure to perform” Thank you [redacted] Carrier Relations ###-###-#### EXT ***

Revdex.com: I still do not see any response from TQL and have no idea what you're talking aboutBut I will give you some documentsHere is the TQL invoice that shows an amount for That amount is a charge created by TQL due to the shipment taking more of their time and they created a charge on our credit card also known as felony theftI have asked for backup on this charge that I know to be cause I have confirmation from the storage lot that fees are not chargedHere's the emails where they cry and say they're supposed to be on vacation with his daughter and that his team deserved the money for ensuring the safety of the shipmentI know, very sadThey have yet to produce backup and continue to lie and say they have itIt's taking them days and they cannot provide simple backup due to the fact they are manufacturing it with a Mexican truckerWe have also confirmed his caor trailer was not thereThat is also a lieTQL has over reports of theft on internet reviewsThey have complaints on hereIt is obvious they are a disreputable companyI have proof here and I'm charging them with felony theft as well as taking direct action in open court if our money is not returned immediately Regards, [redacted]
