TQL is not a good company to hire for freight. They have tried to recharge me for freight weight over 500#. The item per the supplier and BOl does not weight that much. Lost and misinformed us on the last delivery we tried with them and are still trying to bill us for that. They are one of the worst brokers I have ever worked with. Be careful.

I was informed that we have call recordings showing that this company agreed to both charges at the time of the loads. Therefore, both are valid
