Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:I specifically asked NOT to be contacted via phone for reasons not relevant to discloseI prefer e-mail and only e-mail, as I specified when
opening this complaintI did get a response via the online message system that it takes 6-weeks for the product to be shipped, so either my message was not read or I was lied to when I received an e-mail saying my item was shipped
