This company is quick to charge your credit card but then you'll never receive your order nor will they respond to your inquiries regarding status, refund, etc
Do not get involved with this company, no matter how interesting their products sound

My experience after purchasing devices, has been horrific I made
that purchase after seeing that Trackr had a return policy, but, when
I attempted to return the devices under warranty, Trackr simply
stopped communicating so that there was no way to return with an RMA
which the warranty policy on the website made clear was required
Despite a number of trials and tests, the devices are essentially non
functional, and, yes, I am a techie
The actual range on the Trackr devices is about feet, very different than
the feet claimed by Trackr and the FAQ steps posted on their site
to address problems do not workin fact they make things worse as
taking the steps required in the FAQ removes the ability to use device
settings and even removes the ability to delete devices
Trackr has shut down it's telephone support line and their responses
to email submissions are both long delayed and Draconian
Yesterday, I received a response to an email I sent MONTHS AGO
Their email simply stated that my problem had been resolved and
addressed NONE of the points that I made in the original email
I thought their Play Store review of was bad, but when I looked I see
that the iTunes review is even worse The number of Play Store
star "hated it" reviews are almost double the (obviously padded)
star ratings
A Trackr app update arrived today that made promises and claimed
improvements, but after running it, it is clear that nothing significant in the app
itself has been changed or improved
I hope that this information is of value to you I have created a
Trackr peer support group to help others with the same frustrations
