This company has terrible customer service! I ordered several trackers and received an automated email saying that they had been shipped and gave me a tracking number I waited and waited...no shipment So I called the postal service to ask about my shipping track number The woman told me that it was not a tracking number after all and that TrackR had not shipped the item even though a tracking number had been sent to meI emailed TrackR two separate times...no response! Finally, an automated email was sent saying that it had been shipped...again I waited over weeks to get it after they said it was sent and no one ever really responded to my concerns
Also, I paid extra to have my dog's name engraved on one and bought the rubber sleeve for it It fell out of the casing and was lost within days of putting it on him
I live in the country and the tracking device NEVER ONE time found my dog! It just kept searching
Do not purchase these trackers!! Read the reviewsThere are plenty of other devices and companies to choose from

On August 26th, I made a purchase order for $(Buy / Get Free) $add Engraving: $shipped in approximately two weeks / September 13th, Ask has my order been shipped yet ? Answer, due to popular demand it will be shipped in two week, September 27, This is jay I apologize, your order is at the engravers, they will ship it to you Here it is October 3rd, and still no order Sent them another letter today asking where is my order, and what are you going to do to help your customer out, make them happy? Waiting on their response

I am rejecting this response because:Unfortunately, after many online inquiries with TrackR directly and the lack of informative or timely responses from TrackR, that I was left with no other choice than to file a notification with the Revdex.comAdditionally, I have initiated a refund in the amount of $from my banking institution - the amount charged and payment paid in full by behalf on 03/21/The claim by you to get my order out right away is a statement I have been handed during previous exchanges with TrackR which I can no longer take seriouslyUnfortunately, I am no longer interested in receiving your product and wish that more timely and informative responses had been given earlier onIn the meantime, I plan to continue to seek a full refund
