Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:This has been going on for far to long....I trusted this company to stand behind there product and they did not.Of course if they had included a PHONE NUMBER to talk to them I would not be using this approachThe product does not work as ADVERTISED and I sent my money to them .It took a better part of days to have it delivered to me only to find after downloading their APP in my IPhone and IPad and following the instructions.It did not Work !After several email's to this company I finally received instructions on how to send the product back for a full refund, I sent it back with registered letter which they received on Around June 22,2015.I have not heard anything from them concerning my refund as of this date July 29,2015.This company should be stopped from all the false advertising and fix this problem or just quit. I had to go through the Revdex.com of Santa Barbara because I had no other recourse

I am rejecting this response because: Since I sent the complaints through TrackRs own "contact Me", I have no record of the complaints Had I sent them from my own email I would've been able to retrieve the dates, etc I have already spent far too much time, energy and money on these defective trackrs I would like a full refund

To resolve that complaint, the company promised to send me a replacement for the defective product (that in itself was supposed to replace the defective products THAT I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET REPLACED FOR NEARLY A YEAR FROM THESE SCAM-ARTISTSThe company has AGAIN not done soThe company is AGAIN not responding to emails or phone callsGive me a working product within business days or give me a full and complete refundEvery day that I don't get any response, I post another negative review online or social media
