Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because:
Unfortunately, after many online inquiries with TrackR directly and the lack of informative or timely responses from TrackR, that I was left with no other choice than to file a notification with the Revdex.comAdditionally, I have initiated a refund in the amount of $from my banking institution - the amount charged and payment paid in full by behalf on 03/21/The claim by you to get my order out right away is a statement I have been handed during previous exchanges with TrackR which I can no longer take seriouslyUnfortunately, I am no longer interested in receiving your product and wish that more timely and informative responses had been given earlier onIn the meantime, I plan to continue to seek a full refund

I will not be recommending this business to anyone I sent an email on Sep requesting instructions on how to return my items as I live in the country and it won't work well out here I got an immediate response with an open ticket number stating that will get back with me shortly I'm still waiting I did a follow up email - nothing I called them today and they said they are soooo busy and to leave an email and they will get back with you in 24-hrs - yeah right! Hey I got lucky and got on their chat after waiting to mins I finally got to chat with someone Got my problem answered, but will still not recommend them to anyone
