I had a very good experience dealing with customer service at this business. I had some questions before I ordered their key fobs and they were able to get back to me with efficient and precise answers, which I appreciated. The product itself works as expected and has helped me locate my purse numerous times.

I never rejected their offer. I was willing to accept immediate shipment at the original price as was indicated in my previous response.
Although the ebay credit was used for another ebay purchase, I never received a request that I was more than willing to accept after waiting 10 months for the product.
I think your actions and lack there of speak for themselves.

I have ordered from the company 4 times (each time 10 pcs. of Bravo TrackR), but fortunatelly through PayPal! Upon their automatic telephone costumer service information, since the extended demand of Trackr Bravo there is no customer service by phone? (Probably their assistant should join to the factory's poeple?) Their e-mail contact support only few times answering. If You have any bothersome quess, they not answering. I have opened a Paypal dispute against TrackR because they did not send me my ordered Bravo's. Thanks to Paypal, I got my money back from this wierd company. Unless Paypal I was lost my money. TrackR lied to me a lot of times by e-mail. They told me, they are sending my product immediatelly, but they didnt! They gave you a tracking number for DHL, but if you call DHL they will tell you, that your products are still at TrackR, they did not gave it to DHL. My oppinion is that only a cheater company acting like Trackr does! Not recommended! BEWARE OF THEM!
