My sincere apologies for the dissatisfaction you have with your experience. We do not make a practice of blocking people on social media and I did bring this to their attention and asked that it not happen. I have looked into your order and previous correspondences...

and see that you were issued a full refund and sent a complimentary device to help compensate for your frustration and time. I am truly sorry that our support team did not respond to your request in a timely manner also. We are working diligently to get caught up and have been increasing our team size, as you suggested, to accommodate the number of requests that are coming in. This delay was caused by an unexpected, large increase in sales that generated shipping delays and, in turn support delays. Again, my apologies. Thank you kindly for your patience.

done so that we may handle requests faster and so our agents are not responding to the same customer at once. Additionally, the agent you are currently corresponding with was attempting to do troubleshooting with you because you purchased custom engraved devices which, as stated on our website are not refundable. RUN RUN RUN and stay far away. There are much trackers on the market and far better companies that actually care about their customers. TrackR does not and you can see it here with all the negative reviews and complaints. I feel bad for all the people that paid for their new product on Kickstarter and probably will never receive it. I ordered mine on Groupon and 3 times they had to refund my money and I had to order a new one before I actually got the product. Thank you to Groupon for actually refunding my money becasue if I didn't, I would have never gotten it from TrackR. They are thiefs and lairs. STAY AWAY!!

I am truly sorry that your devices are not working as expected and that you did not receive responses to your inquiries through customer support. We ran into a backlog of emails due to the busy holiday season and are working hard to get caught up. We have made updates on our firmware since you received your order and I would like to send you a complimentary device to help compensate for some of the frustration this has caused. The firmware updates address the bluetooth range and battery drainage. Please keep in mind that the devices do, at times take some time to update location when lost because they are not true gps, they are run through low energy bluetooth.
