Review: I ordered product on December 21, 2015. They took the payment on December21, 2015.

As of January 12, I have had no contact from TrackR.Desired Settlement: Send me my product immeidately or refund my account.

Review: Ordered this product on June 12th 2014 and color upgrade and custom laser engraving on on Jul 11 2014. To date the product has not been delivered. Last delivery date update I got from the company stated my items would be shipped on July 27th 2015. Never received shipment. Email to company asking for status go unanswered. Large majority of customers that have been lucky enough to receive their items say they don't work as advertised in any way, shape or form.I had asked the company for a refund before and they stated that I was not eligible because of the custom laser engraving. I understood this but now have waited over 30 days after they said they would send my items and am tired of waiting, especially for a product that doesn't work.Desired Settlement: Refund my pledge in full.

Review: Ordered trackr bravo on June 26th. Order was immediately charged to my credit card. Shipping notification on July 11th - NO tracking information given. July 18th, a spammy "your trackr is very close" email arrived. July 23rd I sent an e-mail, only to be told to file a claim via their own system. So I did. No response. Tried again to contact them. No response. Went through Amazon payments to try to get ahold of them - was told AGAIN to file a claim via their own system. That was today (August 3rd). So I once more did. I'm finished. I run a business and this is ludicrous.Desired Settlement: I want the trackr delivered immediately, or a refund.

I am rejecting this response because:I specifically asked NOT to be contacted via phone for reasons not relevant to disclose. I prefer e-mail and only e-mail, as I specified when opening this complaint. I did get a response via the online message system that it takes 6-8 weeks for the product to be shipped, so either my message was not read or I was lied to when I received an e-mail saying my item was shipped.

Review: My complaint is with Trackr, Inc. I placed my order on June 8, 2015 for their product the Trackr Bravo. I received a confirmation email that my order was being processed and I would receive a shipping email once my product was ready to be shipped. July 20 I sent an email inquiring to the status of my order. I received an email saying to open a support ticket. I opened a support ticket. No response. I went to FB and sent them a private message. No response. I submitted another support ticket. No response. I went to FB and Twitter to post a complaint and found hundreds of other customers that have not received their products and have not been contacted by the company after numerous contact requests. There is no phone number for customer service and no response via email, their website or social media. This company must be investigated. I would like to know how to proceed to get my $100 back. Thank you very much.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund and for the company to be forced to answer to the public.

I have placed two orders with this company with one going back one year. I have not received my orders and the company provides nothing specific when I can expect to receive them either. I have made numerous communications with the company seeking to know when I will get my orders. They claim they do not know citing problems with laser engraving my items (stall tactic?). Their website however seems to imply orders could be received within 1-3 weeks. Utter BS.

Review: On 3/14/15 I placed an order, and paid for 3 TrackR bravo monitoring devices. I received verification that my order and payment had been received. The devices were to be used by my family who are leaving on a cruise ship 6/5/15. My 3 grandchildren, ages 3,7, and 9 will be on the ship. The trackers were ordered for their safety. I have contacted this company numerous times (I have emails if needed).I have requested next day shipping per Fedex, was advised it would cost me $80.00, which I paid per PayPal (I have transaction #). TrackR's response is "your order is being processed". (1.)THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. My order was placed 11 weeks ago. (2.) How is this company able to take a customer's order and money, but not deliver the product?No where in their advertisement does it say "we are unsure when you will receive your product".Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.Desired Settlement: I need some sort of tracking device before 6/515. So, anyway this issue can be worked out would be great!

Review: I purchased a "TrackR sticker" product on October 28, 2014 for $24.95 as part of a buy one get one free promotion being run by TrackR. I have contacted their help desk 4 times, and each time they tell me the order has shipped that day and will arrive within 3-5 days. When last I contacted them on January 28, 2015 they told me that "it looks like USPS lost" the package, and that the order would be reshipped. It still has not arrived.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fulfill the order so that I receive the two TrackR devices I purchased, or a complete refund.

Review: I ordered 2 of this product, basically was advertised at the time as a tracking device for your dog. Since I have 2 dogs, I ordered 2 devices. This was ordered back in October 23, 2014, at which time they said it was being manufactured and would be shipped in January. January came and went, February, then they said March. I have yet to receive 2 of these tracking products, which they have taken my money for back in October. I would like some followup as to when I can receive my device and why they deducted payment for something they have yet to deliver. Review: I ordered a product from TrackR, Inc. Their website states that the order will be shipped within 72 hours. This did not happen. Upon trying to contact the company at the number listed, the message on phone said they cannot answer and to send an e-mail. I have sent several e-mails and they are unanswered. I also tried to message the company online in the message box indicated, but they have not responded. I have tried every way that I can to contact this company, but there is no response. However, they do have my money ($91.79) but I do not have the product which was supposed to be holiday gifts.Desired Settlement: I want my money refunded.

Review: I ordered a TrackR Bravo unit in April of 2014. (2014!) I still have not received the item ($100 value).I have emailed their support team many many times (20), at first was told it was in production, I waited. Was told that in January 2015 they would start shipping. I waited. Nothing. I contacted them again, and again, and again. All I ever get back are support ticket form letters and then a 'issue resolved' reply. About 3-4 months ago I started asking for a refund, I sent my phone number with a request to be called. Nothing. I love my TrackR! It's so easy to set up and I put one on my keys and my dog's collar. The water resistant sleeve is great for him, too. I tested out ringing my phone on silent, and it's genius that this feature works. Super excited to keep using TrackR!

For my order, the TrackR team definitely went above and beyond to ensure I got my order. For anyone new to TrackR, please keep in mind the TrackR is a small and growing start-up, so it may take a little longer but it's definitely worth the wait. My TrackR bravo has been a godsend for my instances of forgetfulness.

Review: I ordered a TrackR about a month or a little over a month ago, I still have not received it. When I go to contact TrackR there is no telephone number just a email address, when I email them I keep getting the same respond that they have 100,000 trackers going out and thanks for your patients and so fourth. I did not ask that, I ask where is my TrackR has it been shipped, how long with it be before I get it. My complaint is they need to tell there costumers where there orders are and how long it will be and it should not take over a month to receive it. I want to know why have I not received mind, and how much longer is it before I receive it. Thank You.Desired Settlement: I just want my tracker sent to me!

Although I understood that ordered Trackr devices were not going to arrive immediately - and that was never a problem to me - I have been stymied for almost a year now with a company that just does not deliver.The product does not work - it apparently has no battery - or faulty batteries? I receive constant marketing emails from them, but can't reach anyone for help with devices that do NOT work. This whole idea is a wonderful but total farce and I'm out a good bit of money, having stupidly believed the initial hype.
