I ordered a TrackR 5 months ago, they did not provide an order number immediately, saying they would send it along with tracking info. One month later I hadn't received any info, I tried to call but they do not answer phone calls. I emailed them asking for a refund in September, it took until December for them to respond and they did not address any of my issues I received a generic email. I want a refund but it is impossible to get in contact with anyone there.

Review: Placed order mid July. Contacted beginning of August about shipment. Asked if I could cancel order due to amount of time. They said that because I picked to have them engraved it took longer. I only ordered 8 with a phone number engraved. Promised they would be shipped mid August and very latest end of the month.Desired Settlement: If they haven't been engraved I would like a refund. If they have then SHIP THEM!!!! I think that is reasonable.

Review: On October 23, 2014 I ordered 10 of the TrackR Bravos for a total of $94.00. To this date, I have not received the product or refund. My emails are answered with auto responses that are useless. I was informed that my TrackRs would arrive on January 7, 2015. Then I was told that they would be arriving in March 2015. Both dates have passed with no product or refund.The TrackR Web site has numerous posts with complaints about people not receiving their product. I belief this is a scam that has duped 100s of people.Desired Settlement: I TrackR cannot provide the product ordered (10 TrackR Bravos). I demand that they provide a full refund or $94.00.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Got TrackR as a gift for Christmas because I am always losing my things. Now I can just use my phone to find everything, making my life a lot easier. I had a question about the battery life and their customer service team responded quickly and were very helpful. Great product.

Review: I ordered a TrackR device on December 13, 2015 from the company's website. I paid for the transaction from my credit card and the payment was made in full. I have not yet received the product, and after repeated phone calls to their customer service number, as well as repeated emails , I have not received any reply from the TrackR company.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive a reply from the company, and receive a refund in full.

Review: I purchased a product named TrackR back in September 2014 and am still awaiting delivery. On the TrackR website you can search for your delivery status. Mine is still being processed and in production?? yet they still advertise their product as available. I have found some posts on social media about people having received their product however most are posting that they have not got it yet. I wish I could add a screen shot of this info , however for your information:-My order number is [redacted]6, I ordered 10 items,Desired Settlement: I would like someone to enforce and check on this companies marketing and sales as it seems to me that they are a scam of some sort. It has taken me over 12 months to get here and make a complaint. Review: On 12/14/2015, I placed an online order for a package of 10 TrackR Bravos. I also purchased a waterproof container for an additional $9.99. On 12/14/16, I received an email indicating that my order had been shipped via USPS and tracking information was furnished. The package arrived on 12/21/2015 containing the 10 TrackR Bravos. The waterproof container was not included although the email of 12/16 indicated that it was in the shipment. The package had no shipping/packing slip. I called the number on the website to inquire about the missing item but the recording states that they are not answering calls and customers are instructed to email with their queries. I emailed on 12/21 and when I did not receive a response, sent a second email on 12/23. I have yet to hear back. I would like to receive information about the missing item. If it is not available, I would like to know that and to have the refund processed immediately. All of the TrackR Bravos were purchased as gifts so they have not been opened nor tested. If they do not work, I will file a new complaint for a full refund in including the processing/handling fee.Desired Settlement: 1. I would like an explanation of why the item is missing yet the email confirming shipment indicated that it was included.

2. I would like to receive the missing item asap. It was purchased as part of a Christmas gift.

3. If the item is not available to ship asap, I would like a refund.

Review: Above where you ask complaint type besides product issues you can include customer service advertising product does not work as advertised refund/exchange issues. Ordered 8 Wallet TrackR last Christmas. After giving them to family for Christmas we found the TrackR would not stay in sync w/ any of our phones. The short time it did stay connected it didnt alert when it was connected to your keys etc after moving away from it - ie - leave your keys w/ the TrackR connected behind it was supposed to alert you from phone app. It never did. I contacted them early this year after the holidays. I spoke with several reps. Each kept leading me through the same steps that never worked. I was told 6 months ago by TrackR they would get back in touch w/ me with an answer. However they never did. I am on disability w/ health issues. Six months passed w/ no response. I now know why. It isnt just because of pathetic product & customer service. After they emailed me this last time I contacted them I noticed after they send email w/ same steps to fix it they mark the case closed whether it is or not. My issues were not resolved. I have every correspondence including 1 where S[redacted] promised to get back in touch w/ me but marked my case closed. C[redacted] said I could exchange for like or return them up to one year. I asked for the exchange to their newer Bravo model but never got a clear understand of what like meant. I took it to mean more of same terrible Wallet TrarkRs like I am stuck w/ for 9 months. I dont want a product that doesnt work. I am not paying for return shipping after the pathetic treatment I have received from this company. I keep being told of the return policy. How about their customer service policy? I do not think it exists being they are on Ripoffreport.com and F Revdex.com rating.I have already been screwed. I have nothing to lose. It is their company that did this and should fix it w/o me being made to pay them for their pathetic treatment.I will keep fighting and seeking third party for help.Desired Settlement: 8 Bravo models 2 try & see if product work or them 2 send prepaid shipping label 2 return 8 Wallet TrarkR that dont work for a full refund. I will not pay return shipping after being forgotten 6 months. They indicated that by April 2015 I would get the devices I ordered, but until now I have not received any.I had contacted the website support and logged my request for expedited delivery several times but only got automatic replies from their system.I had also recently requested that my payment be refunded because 4+ months of waiting is not acceptable by any standards.Desired Settlement: I need them to refund in full the payment I made -- $145.80.

Horrible customer service. They have no way to accept calls they claim or call you back. What kind of shady business takes your money, doesn't deliver product and is non-responsive and when they do respond they are clueless about your order? Now after over 10 emails and inquiries they are going to ship next week they say. Let's hope they do so. Their business practices must change or they will not be around long. Horrible management. At the present it seems like a scam but only time will tell.

I placed an online order and they charged my credit card immediately. I received no shipping date and all tries to communicate don't ever receive a reply. No phone number listed to contact either. I think this is a scam and fraud. Do not order from this company.

My experience with TrackR has been nothing but great! I ordered and received my TrackR's within a week. I contacted support with a few questions about the separation alert feature and my questions were answered quickly. I've had my TrackR's running for a few months with no problems.

Review: I ordered this product on 6/7/15. I have not received it and they have already charged my credit card. When I email them I get a stock reply to be patient. I was not aware that this product was not available for shipping when I ordered and I certainly didn't expect them to charge me for it before they shipped it or even had a ship date. I emailed them that I want a full refund on my credit card and to cancel my order. I have yet to get a response. Don't do business with this company. They take your money and never send the Product. Review: trackr was ordered on may 19, 2015. order # 1[redacted]1. still no delivery as of aug 10, 2015. no contact from the company with estimated shipping date. no refund policy in place. no contact information for the company available on website. there is a google-able telephone number but it is only any answering machine with noone to speak with.Desired Settlement: It appears that other customers from Amazon.com can receive the same product the same day order is placed. why wouldn't customers who placed orders 4 months ago be entitled to same day shipping. Review: I ordered these devices on January 24th 2015 and only received them on August 25th 2015. I fully understand that these were very new devices and were still being developed by the expectation the company set was that when delivered they would be fully functional and meet the specifications set out on the product webpage.One of the devices was faulty on delivery and the other two have failed twice since I received them. The advertised range of the devices is 100 feet but they don't work past 10 feet in my experience, when they do work that is. They are also meant to play an alert sound to make finding them easier but the volume of the sound would need you to be almost standing on top of them before you would hear the sound.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of the $68 I paid for these devices.
