I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10945746, after almost 13 months of waiting for this product they have now refunded my monies in full and find this resolution is satisfactory to me, finally. Thank you for your help in this matter and hope others will contact you and resolve their frustrations also.

I am rejecting this response because: a) It is too costly to send the samples back to origin. They have a local distributor in Chile. I prefer to send the samples to the local distributor. b) Marketing of the devices by the company says "Track your cars with this". The true is the tracking distance is 20 meters. No way to track a car. They are useless for what they claim. c) They are deceiving people, specially people abroad. On the thousands. d) I don't trust this company. Wont be spending more money on them.Many people consider this a new kind of scam. Regards,

Complaint: 11299440I did contact your latest agent and communicated the same information again on the issue as you requested.
I am rejecting this response because: Multiple tickets do not resolve anything.  You have both created, closed and merged support tickets after your own predetermined time frame or after failed attempts to resolve my issue.  Therefore you start a new agent to request the same information to annoy or deter anyone from returning your product.

My TrackR did not work as advertised. I followed TrackR's policy to get a refund in return for my return of the item. It's been almost two months since they received the item back and no credit to my card yet. Now they are not even answering my e-mails.
