How can they just keep saying the merchandise is going out and it never happened for more than 6 months.

P.S.  A July 10th order delivered, finally, on Aug 19th is still unacceptable.  Oh and the address on the package I received still differed from the full address information I provided when it was returned by the Post Office with an "incomplete address".

I understand that you do not have the entire order to return. It is fine to send back the devices that you do have along with the water resistant cases for a full refund. If you would please print a copy of this correspondence and place it in the package along with your returned items, this will endure that your refund will be processed in full as our usual policy is to only refund for the amount of items returned. I ordered 10 for holiday gifts yet they only sent 5 and charged me for 10. I have tried calling, emailing, messaging with ZERO response. The recording on their phone says to email and they will respond in 24 hours. This is not true. So sad they cannot fix their mistake nor do they seem to care.
