TrackR is great! I'm always on the run so its easy to leave the house and forget my wallet or phoneWith TrackR, the separation alerts remind me that i'm forgetting my things before i'm gone

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: This has been going on for far to long....I trusted this company to stand behind there product and they did notOf course if they had included a PHONE NUMBER to talk to them I would not be using this approach The product does not work as ADVERTISED and I sent my money to them It took a better part of days to have it delivered to me only to find after downloading their APP in my IPhone and IPad and following the instructionsIt did not Work ! After several email's to this company I finally received instructions on how to send the product back for a full refund, I sent it back with registered letter which they received on Around June 22,I have not heard anything from them concerning my refund as of this date July 29,This company should be stopped from all the advertising and fix this problem or just quit I had to go through the Revdex.com of Santa Barbara because I had no other recourse Regards, R [redacted]

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:After a long, drawn out return process for a defective product (it took approximately months), I have still not received a full refund for the Trackrs I returnedI have returned Trackrs to the company totaling $(each device costs $30)The refund the company provided was only for $Thus, the company still owes me $for the products I have returnedIt should be noted that I specifically asked this customer service representative about the product return and what exactly needed to be returned for a full refund, and followed her instructions exactlyAfter emailing the original customer service rep I was originally in contact at least three separate times, and receiving no response, it seems as though I have no other option but to again file a complaint for poor business practices, poor customer service practices and not fulfilling the refund for the order I returnedAs a note, the customer service I have received up until this point has also been horrendous, especially for such a pricey, sub-par productThis company has a terrible business model and overall company mindset, it is clear that customers certainly do not come first.I would like a full refund of the $owed to me by the company credited to my card immediately, and then no further contact from this business Regards, R [redacted]

I ordered TrackR devices as gifts for our company this past FebruaryAfter seeing many negative reviews I was concerned about ordering from themI spoke with a sales person who was aware of the negative reviews and went over each concern I had, explaining to me how they have improved their processesI gave them a chance and I'm glad I didThe order took a few weeks to arrive since we had our devices engraved but they look great, they work, and our customers have been pleased with receiving them as giftsThe follow up was great during the process and I always received a quick response with either an e-mail or a phone call

I was able to get my devices quickly and they were easy to set up I ran into a problem where I was unable to ring my phone from the device and contacted supportThey got back to me within about day and resolved my problem
