I ordered a TrackR months ago, they did not provide an order number immediately, saying they would send it along with tracking infoOne month later I hadn't received any info, I tried to call but they do not answer phone callsI emailed them asking for a refund in September, it took until December for them to respond and they did not address any of my issues I received a generic email I want a refund but it is impossible to get in contact with anyone there
