They provide no way for phone communication with the companyI can only imagine that for older people like me who could use your product the most,will probably give up trying to get a product they have paid for and will never receiveHow about rethinking how you treat people who are your customers, as just saying your sorry shouldn't really get you off the hook for poor customer relations! Steps taken to resolve:On 05/11/17 a TrackR Support Rep forwarded D [redacted] the needed information for a his requested return of his TrackR order.

Waited a VERY long time to get my order and when it didn't come, I finally reached customer "service"I was lied to by the repto get me off the phone and given the run-a-round to put me off 'till "later"Now I finally have the product and the damn thing can't find my car keys I left in the car in the driveway feet away! bucks down the drain and I'm not going to ask for a refund cause I can't stand the idea of dealing with these people PLEASE Don't do business with these [redacted] , PLEASE !!!

Separation alerts do not workThey go off when the trackr is right next to the phone! Hence it beeps all the time even when the two are close Sometimes when you leave your item, the alert does not sound tooThe company claims the app works in the background but I got a good 500m away and no alert occurredAs soon as I opened the iOS app, the alert went offKinda pointless if the separation alerts only actually work when the app is open (unlike what is claimed)

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: In summary it seems odd to me that all of a sudden my orders ready, engraved, and shipping after I finally complain/ask for a refund months after never receiving my order Another thing that Track R failed to do was to check if my shipping information was still currentBeing stationed overseas working for the US Army means we eventually have to moveSo my current address is now differentThis means I'll never receive my shipment due to TrackR negligence in handling my order and complaint/refundThe latest response here providing a USPS tracking number seems to be another tactic to buy time to get my ordered shippedAll the tracking number means is that TrackR has printed out an electronic shipping label onlineThis doesn’t mean it physically shippedThis is completely unacceptable to me and based on the following I demand a full refund as expeditiously as possible 08/01/Placed order 08/01/ "Money Immediately" is charged to my Pay Pal 11/22/Disputed Pay Pal charge on grounds of never receiving productAlso submitted complaint to Revdex.com after reading others with the same problem 11/23/Received this response below from TrackR to my Pay Pal dispute From Buyer - G [redacted] 11/22/16:PST I never received these items and wish a full refund From Seller - TrackR, Inc 11/23/09:PST Your order is NON refundable, as it is engraved and personalizedAs soon as we receive your personalized item it will be shipped immediately, and you will receive your tracking information From Buyer - G [redacted] 11/23/16:PST This tells me that the item has not even been preparedIf it was already engraved it should of shipped long agoThis has been reported to the Revdex.com and shall be elevated to a class action case if need be 5.11/28/- I get this e-mail saying item has already been shipped USPS First Class with no tracking number provided I ship things a lot living overseas with the military and companies always provide a tracking number when notifying you of a shipment Dear G [redacted] ***, Thank you for your order from TrackR!
