Not sure why there are all these negative commentsI ordered and had my device within daysI also contacted support to help set up my deviceI submitted a ticket through their website and had an answer in hoursafter setting up my device I lost my keys at a barIn the morning I was looking for them and remembered I put my TrackR on earlier in the weekI opened the app and it showed me the last location they were spottedI went back to the location and when I came in Bluetooth range I was able to ring my keysSaved me $for a new keyBest $investment I have ever made

You have to keep pinging the company to get your product They delete negative posts/comments from their FB page and they block you if you don't post something positive My bravo device quit working within the first month I wish I had searched for reviews before I bought it Save your money Buy a different device I don't know what kind of company this is but they can't possibly remain in business for long at this rate
