[redacted] our installer, was more than courteous, very knowledgable, and very thorough He explained everything as he went, and cleaned up before he left I hope I do not see him again, but if I did need service, I would ask for him

From the beginning with the office staff (Sally) I was impressed with how comfortable I felt using their services I had a number of questions that were answered in detailWhen the tech Tim D arrived at my home he also made me feel my problems and issues would be taken care of with care He had a system that was efficient and yet friendly The entire experience made me feel the personnel treated my home as if it were theirsThey exceeded my expectations!

Great product Terrible service Apparently, they don't own a calendar or watch Made multiple appointments to finish the installation of our generator The service technicians fail to show and/or are late to every appointment Excuses, excuses

I have gotten a call from a lady from tri state water power and air , she proceeded to tell me I have filled out a card at [redacted] in my home town I have not And offered to give me a $gift card to have a tech come out and give me a demonstration and to show me how hard out wsyer is conspired to their filter system they bring with them Ok I was interested to find out how bad our city water is that flows through our home pipes So I set a day and they came and had a little filter system they weeee issuing to do the demonstrationOk their little filter water rates better than out city water of course and they the gentleman had us wash out hands with a bar of soap ok it was soft and my daughter wanted to try as well and she said wow cool ! Ok so we went with it and the gentleman man convincing of the system and how well it will save us money on lotions and soaps for laundry and all Ok ! I was more like pushed into buying this system as I hesitated for a long time in witch th

On May 24, we determined we had a problem with our whole house generator I called Tri State for assistance We were very lucky that our service technician was Trevor He arrived promptly as he said he would Trevor was knowledgeable and professional in solving our problem We had lots of questions and he was very patient giving us all the answers so we could understand It was a very pleasant experience to resolve the problem

Trevor and Daniel was very nice, polite , and professional They did good work, cleaned up after they where finished They even helped me by planting my tulips in the yard Great company from top to bottom IF you need a generator this is the company to talk to

Tim was very friendly & professional, he arrived when he said he would and was done when he said he would be, cleaned up everything and went over everything with us before he left, he is very knowledgeable, the whole experience from start to finish was very smooth from the first phone call to set up the appointment, which came in not minutes after we gave Home Depot our number to the finished product I would definitely recommend Tri State Water Power & Air to anyone ''Great Job Tim"

Brian was very helpful and went beyond the required service when he was here He was very professional and kind He explained what he was doing and he even helped me solve a problem I was having with my garbage disposal I will highly reccomend Tri-State Water, Power and Air

I had two bathrooms updated by [redacted] and *** They did an excellent job and I'm very pleasedThey made sure I was happy with the results every step of the wayWhen they left for the day they made sure any messes were cleaned up The materials they used seemed to be of excellent quality I will call on them again if I have any work to be done!!

Tri State was clear on what it was going to do and did it They informed me of when the installer was to arrive and sent an email with a picture of the installer [redacted] Dcalled me with his estimated time of arrival and arrived at that time He informed me of all he was going to do ahead of time and an up to date quote with additional work that affected the price due to out dated fittings and compliance with city and county codesHe was professional in his work and his working with the customer He also noticed I was a veteran and called into his home office to apply for a discount It was a pleasure doing business with Tri State and ***

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/03/20) */ On February 5, 2015, Tri-State Water, Power & Air installed an ECWhole Home Rainsoft Water Treatment System, carbon filter and Reverse Osmosis drinking systemIt is standard procedure for installers to take pictures of all installations after completionWe have pictures of the Reverse Osmosis system installed under the sinkIt is clear from the pictures that extensive damage already existed to the cabinet, as the bottom of the cabinet was sagging The customer indicates that someone would not answer the phone on the Saturday following the install, but Tri-State has an emergency number that functions hours a day days a week, for emergency servicesTri-State will follow up to insure that the Hour Service is functioning properly Tri-State did go to the customer's home on February 10th after receiving a call from the customer on Monday, but the customer was not home when the service technician arrivedThe service technician contacted the customer, and the customer indicated that she would have to reschedule the appointment Tri-State Water Power & Air went to the customer's home a second time to try and remedy the situation on February 19th after the customer rescheduled the appointmentWhen the service technician arrived the customer was not at home On February 26th a service technician went to the customer's homeThe service technician indicated that the Reverse Osmosis system was not leaking when he arrivedThe customer indicated that she contacted a plumber to fix the leakThe service technician asked the customer for a copy of the receipt and the name of the plumber so that Tri-State could reimburse the customer for the costThe customer did not give Tri-State this informationThe service technician did note that the ceiling was sagging, but indicated that the drywall was completely dry and appeared to be old damage While Tri-State feels that there is not sufficient proof indicating that damage was a result of Tri-State's install of the system, Tri-State did repossess the equipment as requested on March 12,

Tim D was very professionalHe was on time and recommended the correct adjustments to bring our water heater up to code

Used Tri-State Water, Power, & Air through the [redacted] for a water heater installation and could not be more pleased with the service this company has providedI called the [redacted] for information, and was forwarded to Tri-State, spoke with a rep within a few minutes, and had an appointment set up in less than minutesThe quote provided over the phone was accurate for what I was charged on the day of install, and they had the type of water heater I wanted in stockDue to my work hours throughout the week, they scheduled a weekend visit, and Eric Hcame out to complete the installHe called before the appointment, showed up on time, was friendly and professionalHe explained everything he would be doing, and I felt comfortable having him in my homeHe even cleared out the basement stairwell for me, which was full of spiderwebs!! I appreciated that immenselyAfter he was finished, he informed me of documents I could expect to receive in the next few weeks, and gave me info on the process for having someone come out to complete the inspectionBased on my experience today, I would have no problem calling them again for future projectsThank you!
