We had a Bathroom remodel and let me tell you, "These guys were absolutely WONDERFUL". They were very knowledgeable at their jobs, polite, and very professional. We would highly recommend Tri-State Water, Power, and Air to everyone.
Tri State was clear on what it was going to do and did it. They informed me of when the installer was to arrive and sent an email with a picture of the installer. [redacted] D. called me with his estimated time of arrival and arrived at that time. He informed me of all he was going to do ahead of time and an up to date quote with additional work that affected the price due to out dated fittings and compliance with city and county codes. He was professional in his work and his working with the customer. He also noticed I was a veteran and called into his home office to apply for a discount. It was a pleasure doing business with Tri State and [redacted].
We were very pleased with Chris G. He displayed professionalism and kindness. Chris was on time and greeted us with a big smile and a handshake. He explained the installation process and answered any questions we had. After installation, he explained how to use the water softner several times until we felt comfortable. Chris was awesome and Tri State Water and Air are lucky to have such a good employee!!!!!
[redacted] was here on time, performed excellent work and cleaned up before he left. He was pleasant to work with, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable about his business. He took the extra time to make sure the job was done right. I would recommend him and his company to my friends and family.
Brian was very knowledgeable and direct in his answers. He identified and corrected a leak quickly, after 2 others supposedly corrected the problem.
From the beginning with the office staff (Sally) I was impressed with how comfortable I felt using their services. I had a number of questions that were answered in detail. When the tech Tim D arrived at my home he also made me feel my problems and issues would be taken care of with care. He had a system that was efficient and yet friendly. The entire experience made me feel the personnel treated my home as if it were theirs. They exceeded my expectations!

On February 5, 2015, Tri-State Water, Power & Air installed an EC4 Whole Home Rainsoft Water Treatment System, carbon filter and Reverse Osmosis drinking system. It is standard procedure for installers to take pictures of all...
installations after completion. We have pictures of the Reverse Osmosis system installed under the sink. It is clear from the pictures that extensive damage already existed to the cabinet, as the bottom of the cabinet was sagging.
The customer indicates that someone would not answer the phone on the Saturday following the install, but Tri-State has an emergency number that functions 24 hours a day 7 days a week, for emergency services. Tri-State will follow up to insure that the 24 Hour Service is functioning properly.
Tri-State did go to the customer's home on February 10th after receiving a call from the customer on Monday, but the customer was not home when the service technician arrived. The service technician contacted the customer, and the customer indicated that she would have to reschedule the appointment.
Tri-State Water Power & Air went to the customer's home a second time to try and remedy the situation on February 19th after the customer rescheduled the appointment. When the service technician arrived the customer was not at home.
On February 26th a service technician went to the customer's home. The service technician indicated that the Reverse Osmosis system was not leaking when he arrived. The customer indicated that she contacted a plumber to fix the leak. The service technician asked the customer for a copy of the receipt and the name of the plumber so that Tri-State could reimburse the customer for the cost. The customer did not give Tri-State this information. The service technician did note that the ceiling was sagging, but indicated that the drywall was completely dry and appeared to be old damage.
While Tri-State feels that there is not sufficient proof indicating that damage was a result of Tri-State's install of the system, Tri-State did repossess the equipment as requested on March 12, 2015.
Trevor and Daniel was very nice, polite , and professional. They did good work, cleaned up after they where finished. They even helped me by planting my tulips in the yard. Great company from top to bottom. IF you need a generator this is the company to talk to.
Brian is a very cheerful, conscientious technician. He called before the appointment
and arrived promptly as scheduled. He works efficiently and neatly, leaving nothing to clean up which I really appreciate. He is very knowledgeable and gives good advice
about any concerns I might have about the system which we have had for many years.

They were very professional. Their product does a good job at softening my water.
I had two bathrooms updated by [redacted] and [redacted]. They did an excellent job and I'm very pleased. They made sure I was happy with the results every step of the way. When they left for the day they made sure any messes were cleaned up. The materials they used seemed to be of excellent quality. I will call on them again if I have any work to be done!!
Had a great visit from Anthony B. Here replaced our water filters. He was very friendly, fast, and efficient BUT took the time to answers our young childrens' questions and show them what he was doing and how things worked. He was kind and offered us useful information too.
I was very pleased with the service given to us on our water softener by Brian.
He was very polite and friendly. He explained to us exactly what he was doing
and completed the repairs in a very timely manner.
