we were very pleased with Chris's work. Nice guy who was very informative.
We had Tri State Water Power & Air install a water filtration system.We are already very pleased with it. Chris G was our installer and he was great! He explained everything exceptionally well. He gave us tips on how to keep system running as it should. He was very professional and I could tell that he was confident in what he was doing! Chris G. was very friendly and down to earth, he would be welcomed in our home anytime!!!!
On May 24, 2016 we determined we had a problem with our whole house generator.
I called Tri State for assistance. We were very lucky that our service technician was Trevor. He arrived promptly as he said he would. Trevor was knowledgeable and professional in solving our problem. We had lots of questions and he was very patient giving us all the answers so we could understand. It was a very pleasant experience to resolve the problem.
Used Tri-State Water, Power, & Air through the [redacted] for a water heater installation and could not be more pleased with the service this company has provided. I called the [redacted] for information, and was forwarded to Tri-State, spoke with a rep within a few minutes, and had an appointment set up in less than 10 minutes. The quote provided over the phone was accurate for what I was charged on the day of install, and they had the type of water heater I wanted in stock. Due to my work hours throughout the week, they scheduled a weekend visit, and Eric H. came out to complete the install. He called before the appointment, showed up on time, was friendly and professional. He explained everything he would be doing, and I felt comfortable having him in my home. He even cleared out the basement stairwell for me, which was full of spiderwebs!! I appreciated that immensely. After he was finished, he informed me of documents I could expect to receive in the next few weeks, and gave me info on the process for having someone come out to complete the inspection. Based on my experience today, I would have no problem calling them again for future projects. Thank you!

Tri state calls and harass me about replacing a filter for my drinking water for 150$ told them I never use it and don't need it. Then said I need my yearly maintenance done to my softener for 99$ has to be done every year but this is the first time I heard of this service and I am here at all services. Plus why is it 100$ to look at my machine and you have to harass me all the time too somethings not right especially after I say I don't use one service and instantly need another service one should be free or 20$ not 100$

A service technician went to see the customers on Friday, January 29th. The service technician found a minor issue of a brine draw line that was pulling air. He resolved the issue and ran a full check of the system. When he left, the unit was...

Tri-State followed up with the customer on Tuesday, February 2nd. The customer was very satisfied with the service provided and said that everything was working properly. Tri-State did send a check to the customers in the amount of their first months payment as compensation for buying bottled water during that time.
Josh from Tri-State Water, Power and Air installed a soft water system for us today. He did a great job. He was quick, friendly, and very thorough in helping us understand they system. .
Great product. Terrible service. Apparently, they don't own a calendar or watch. Made multiple appointments to finish the installation of our generator. The service technicians fail to show and/or are late to every appointment. Excuses, excuses.
On time, clean installation, cleaned up after installation, professional and friendly.

Tim was very friendly & professional, he arrived when he said he would and was done when he said he would be, cleaned up everything and went over everything with us before he left, he is very knowledgeable, the whole experience from start to finish was very smooth from the first phone call to set up the appointment, which came in not 5 minutes after we gave Home Depot our number to the finished product

Service person, [redacted], arrived on time, quickly solved the issue I was having with my water softener, and returned my unit to operating condition.
Tri-State Water, Power and Air, Inc. installed a whole house water treatment system (water softener) and reverse osmosis drinking system to the customers on or about August 17, 2016. The customer did contact Tri-State by phone in November of 2016 and a Customer Follow Up appointment was scheduled...
for November 28, 2016. A service technician checked the customer’s equipment and all tests showed that the system was functioning properly and that the water tested soft. The customer did not send in their 3-day right to cancel. The last thing we want is for our customers’ expectations in regard to their system to not be met. As noted above, we performed a Customer Follow Up Appointment in November of 2016 after receiving a call from the customer regarding saltiness in their water. All tests showed the system functioning properly. We did not receive another call from the customer regarding this issue. After receiving this complaint, we called the customer and scheduled another Customer Follow Up Appointment for May 11th to address this issue. We would like to ensure that the customer’s equipment is working properly.
We have found Tri-State to be responsive. During a recent power outage they drove up from the Cape to our house in Smithton, IL to check out our generator and replaced the battery. They showed my Wife how to schedule the weekly test as that keeps the battery charged. Very nice service technician.
