Tri-State installed a toilet for me two and a half years ago in my master bathAfter a musty smell and some warping I decided to replace my flooring in that bathroomOnce my contactor took up the toilet he noticed their was a piece missing from the toilet and the wax ring looked brand new like it was never sealedUpon further removal of my floors we noticed the subfloors were soakedIt was disgusting and revealed mold growing along my baseboards and on the previous flooring underneathThe mold was everywhere and the smell was unbearableWe cleaned up as best we could since it was a Sunday and I called Tri-State the following dayThey came out addressed the situation and agreed something must have went wrong with the toilet installThey were going to follow up the next day to "make things right"A few days go by and nothing, I call and they tell me they aren't sure it was the toilet that was leakingMind you my subfloor was soaked when we removed the floor but since the toilet

Used Tri-State Water, Power, & Air through the *** *** for a water heater installation and could not be more pleased with the service this company has providedI called the *** *** for information, and was forwarded to Tri-State, spoke with a rep within a few minutes, and had an appointment set up in less than minutesThe quote provided over the phone was accurate for what I was charged on the day of install, and they had the type of water heater I wanted in stockDue to my work hours throughout the week, they scheduled a weekend visit, and Eric Hcame out to complete the installHe called before the appointment, showed up on time, was friendly and professionalHe explained everything he would be doing, and I felt comfortable having him in my homeHe even cleared out the basement stairwell for me, which was full of spiderwebs!! I appreciated that immenselyAfter he was finished, he informed me of documents I could expect to receive in the next few weeks, and gave me info on the process for having someone come out to complete the inspectionBased on my experience today, I would have no problem calling them again for future projectsThank you!

We moved to a new area that we heard had hard waterWe got a free test kit from Home Depot, which led to this company giving us a call to setup a in home water testThe salesman used very aggressive sales tactics to get us to agree to an installationPart of this was he needed our personal information to run a credit check to qualify for month same as cash financingAfter he left at 8pm, we read the contract and saw we had days to cancelWe called the next morning when the business opened at 9am and talked to someone and cancelled our installWe were worried about our personal information being in their possession and requested it be mailed back to us, which they agreed toNow, days later we receive credit cards in the mail that say the companies name below our names on themWe never even agreed to running our information for credit cards, let alone for them to process our information after the fact of us cancelling installationNow they say that they shredded our info instead of mailing itI will be telling everyone to never let these guys stop foot into their home

Brian was very knowledge regarding our water softener and fixed our problem quickly Brian was also very personable which makes it the home owner feel more comfortable with a service technician inside their home I would recommend Brian Very pleased with his service call

We had Tri State install a water and filtration system in June from the first few days, I noticed that our water did not taste good If the water was in a glass, the next morning, it would smell rancid that was just the water filtrationfrom our faucet, the water in our Brita after filtering, would eventually grow mold I never had this issue previously I have had the tri state folks come out many times, but they have not been able to resolve the issuenow, they want me to pay them my entire balance after the money they have already gotten and the time I've had to take away from work for each visit I do not want this system in my house and haven't wanted it from day

Trevor was a part of our generator installation teamThe team arrived on time and was courteous, friendly, and professionalThey were careful with our property and we are very pleased with our experienceTrevor was helpful, informative,pleasant, and worked well with his teamThe installation team was a pleasure to meet and made our generator installation experience a positive one!

Chris was very helpful and professional He choose a better spot to install the system than the sales person and I had chosen He explained the system to my wife so she understood how to work it He even pointed out a leaking valve in the basement that I was not aware of

I received another call on my home telephone on the evening of April 6th (after the e-mail I received from the Revdex.com indicating this was resolved)(Another call was received on April 3rd.) My home number was never provided to this company, is on the Missouri Do Not Call list and is not a published number(I am not listing the number in the event that this is publishedI believe that the "*** Survey is a deceptive marketing practiceA *** customer is never advised that the information provided will be used for a marketing scheme

When I purchased the water softener system I was told I could still use all of my cleaning products with it and that I didn’t need to use there productsThe sales person left out the fact I had only a couple days to return this product! He didn’t care about me he was just there to make a sale!!! I have worse water spots on my dishes to the point I don’t even want to use them bc I don’t know what I’m putting my food on since there not even cleanThey told me I needed to use there soap to fix the problem (so there’s one lie the sales person forgot to mention) and then I asked the sales person twice is there any interest on this sale and he said no you only get charged for the product with is 7,and nothing more ( lie number two bc the loan company is making me pay 13,in the end for this product I hate) *** *** then told me they could take it out if I paid 1,even though his sales person lied to me!! All I have to my name is enough money to take our child on vacation this n

I was pleased with the water heater installation performed by Tri-State The installation looks very good and passed St Louis County inspectionThe plumber Jamie showed up on time, was courteous, and also careful not to damage our walls or stairs as he moved in the new heater and removed the old heater Jamie also inspected our flue and identified corrosion and some pinholesWe had that repaired by a mechanical contractorOverall very satisfied

Don't allow Tri-State to analyze your water unless you have hours to killI recently replaced a water heaterTri-State did the installationThey offered a free water evaluation (which would include a sales offer)The evaluation was to last about minutesI scheduled the event for 5:p.mas I wanted to feed dinner to my small child and family at 6:After the analysis, the female sales rep kept hounding us to spend $7,for a water systemThis continued to 7:p.mthough I repeatedly told her we wanted to discuss the possible purchase in privateAt 7:p.mI had to become very insistent to get the Tri-State rep to leaveMy child was hungry and tired and the rude representative guaranteed herself a "no sale"My call directly to Tri-State received no responseWhile there was no issue with the water heater installation, use caution if you allow Tri-State to come to your homeI have not yet received the promised incentives for allowing the presentation

We love our whole house water filter system and Tri State Water has done excellent service!
