Tri State Water Power & Air

Tri-State installed a whole-home water treatment system, reverse osmosis drinking system and carbon filter in the customers’ home on or about June 18, Carbon filters are designed specifically to remove chlorine and other chemicals before the water reaches the reverse osmosis
drinking system. The reverse osmosis system is designed to further therefore remove other fine impurities in the water supply, as well. These systems are currently functioning as they are designed to do so. The reason for the seemingly stagnant or moldy water is because the water is left to sit after it is drawn from the tap. The absence of chlorine or chloramines from the water supply creates an environment where if water is allowed to sit for an extended period of time, it may become stagnant. Tri-State has visited the customers’ home on numerous occasions in an attempt to address their concerns or resolve any issues. Although Tri-State could find no problem with the system on any occasion that we visited the home, in July of 2016, Tri-State changed the carbon filter at no charge and swapped out a resin tank at no charge. We have made every attempt to resolve any equipment issues, but have been unable to find any. For this reason, and because the equipment was purchased nearly two years ago, Tri-State is unwilling to remove the equipment at this time

We were questioned about and signed up for an in home water survey at *** *** and told we would be given a $gift card if we were selected for the surveyTri State eventually contacted us to say we were selected and they wanted to setup a dateWe were busy later in the week and they offered to up the gift card to $if we could do the in home test that same night and we agreedWe met them at home, spent two hours the representative listening to all the different tests and statements he made only to find out the end goal was selling a $RainSoft water systemWe thanked the salesman for his time but politely declinedThe salesman was very nice
We have yet to receive the promised gift cardWe contacted Tri State 2-weeks ago and spoke with a manager who was very kind up front and apologized and assured us it would be processed and sent to us first thing Monday morningWe still have received nothing

Chris was very helpful and professional He choose a better spot to install the system than the sales person and I had chosen He explained the system to my wife so she understood how to work it He even pointed out a leaking valve in the basement that I was not aware of

Brian showed up on time and took care of the service call professionally

We were sold by a salesman on this water filtration system provided by this businessWhen the sales representative was at our home giving his demonstration and everything, we asked him about the return policyHe said we could cancel at any time and someone would be out to pick everything upWe went ahead and signed a contract with this serviceWe are looking to cancel now, we have been trying for a few monthsThey told us that we couldn't cancel and that was all they could do for usIn the contract, it said anything after days we would have to pay 25% of the initial sign up costWhat the representatives are telling us is wrongWe want this service cancelled

Jeff Cinstalled a water softener system at our house and did a wonderful job, was very professional, informative and helpful

Tri-State was great to work with We were contacted after submitting a water quality test via post that we had picked up in the local *** *** We had to reschedule a few times (our mistakes, not theirs), and they were always courteous and happy to do so Joe was the associate that came into the home to do a water quality test, and he was very helpful and patient with our questions Jeff installed the water softening system and a second water heater quickly, explaining how to operate both before leaving I would call Tri-State again if any plumbing work is needed

I want to commend Josh Bfor his exceptional service in installing our new water purification system today With employees like Josh, Tri-State will continue to serve our Saint Charles County residents in an exemplary manner

I recently had a tornado safe room installed in my garage I was worried about getting some heavier things moved in order for it to be installed Daniel and Curtis moved all the necessary things and helped me out immensely! They also helped me decide which direction I wanted the door to face, explained the installation that makes the room safe, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous and respectful I now know what I should do in case of an emergency, BUT I hope I NEVER have to use it!

Home Depot had a BBQ pit drawing July and I participated and received a call that my name had been drawn for the next round for the pitI was also offered a product demonstration in my home and I agreed to the visitA woman came with water softener products and showed how everything worksI signed a contract for the products August 17, for $162.44/monthThe contract comes with years of free productsHowever, the water taste salty and the water softer only works with your products. I have called times to return everything but no one has responded
