Had another contractor install a whole house generator which we found out that it was wired incorrectly and gas lines were incorrect Tried to contac owner to no avail We paid this man $and he did not complete the installation so generator was not usuable We called Tri State Water Power and Air and their electrician Daniel came out and fixed all correctly and told us all that had been done wrong even to the point that a fire could have happened Wiring was installed wrong and gas line used was way too small Daniel explained to us what was wrong and what had to be corrected in order to use this generator safely He was extremely knowledgeable to correct this problem and sat down with us at our table and explained all to us where we could understand it and got back with us that evening with a quote of what it would cost to correct the problem He was very courteous to us and we were able to ask questions that we did not understand I would recommend this company to all looking for an honest and reportable company We will for sure stay with this company and hope that we could ask for Daniel back in the future for all maintenance This company also honored our warranty for this generator since it was just bought and brand new We feel the other contractor skipped town and would not even return phone calls
Tim Dand Tri State provided excellent service They kept us informed every step of the way on the installation of our new hot water heater There were no surprises, and their work, professionalism, and knowledge was awesome I would recommend this company for any plumbing needs in the future, and will surely use them again if the need arises!

I purchased a very expensive ($6,000+) water softener system from Tri-State many years agoEvery other year since I purchased it, it would fail and not workI have had to have them come out and repair it times now for the same thingThis last time it failed the unit flooded my basementI called them again to come fix the non working system again and insisted they replace the defective unit (that says it has a lifetime warranty) only to be told they wouldn't honor the warrantyI mentioned to them the amount of times it has failed (and they agreed from their own records) and that I paid their price to fix it and was told they would then repair it for $and no charge on equipmentI then set an appointment for the 30th of April and when the service tech came out the next week he stated he had no idea what needed to be done and he didn't have any repair parts with him anywayI told him I wanted to speak with the service manager and I did, she told me she would have another tech
Trevor and his crew were very professional in the work they performed Everything was done in an neat and timely manner The review of the unit was thorough; including a hands on demonstration, making sure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable in knowing the features and operation of the unit Areas that were disturbed in the installation process were reclaimed nicelyWe have recommended them to friends who have contracted to have a unit installed this week You will feel at ease and in good hands with this crew from Tri-State Water, Power and Air
I was pleased with the water heater installation performed by Tri-State The installation looks very good and passed St Louis County inspectionThe plumber Jamie showed up on time, was courteous, and also careful not to damage our walls or stairs as he moved in the new heater and removed the old heater Jamie also inspected our flue and identified corrosion and some pinholesWe had that repaired by a mechanical contractorOverall very satisfied

rejecting this response because: I contacted the insurance representative who replied that coverage for the claim was questionable. He said he was working with the insured to resolve the coverage but there is no response from Tri-State to resolve the issue

AS the customer stated, Tri-State has turned the claim over to our insurance company. We will follow up with the insurance company and see where the situation stands. I will also contact the customer and let them know that we are working on the situation.
Water heater installed at our home. Work was done professionally and efficiently.
Brian from Tri-State was out to my home on 4/25/16. Just routine stuff to replace my Germicidal bulb and bring me a 40lb bag of potassium for my water softener unit, but I had some other small issues and he dealt with those in the most wonderful manner. He corrected some issues I had and explained everything to me. He by far was the best service man I have had from the company. I highly recommend him!
Brian was very helpful and went beyond the required service when he was here. He was very professional and kind. He explained what he was doing and he even helped me solve a problem I was having with my garbage disposal. I will highly reccomend Tri-State Water, Power and Air.

By mistake, the customer's gift card was not sent via email as promised. Tri-State sent a gift card (in the amount of $30.00 for the customers' inconvenience) to the customer today.
On February 22nd, our sales person sold a whole home water treatment system and reverse osmosis system to the customers. An installation agreement was signed on February 22nd and included a 3 day right to cancel. The system was installed on February 23rd. A finance agreement was...
signed on February 23, which also included a 3 day right to cancel. Tri-State did not receive a cancellation notice during either of the 3 day right to cancel time periods. We do not offer a 10 day right to cancel. The customers have agreed to pay a removal fee and Tri-State has agreed to remove the system and pay off the remaining balance owed to the finance company on behalf of the customers.

Workers arrived on time for our appointment.Work was quoted to take 2 hours but they got the job done much quicker and did a great job.
