We purchased a water softener from this company that included a annual maintenance package, 1st annual inspection found the system was never plugged in or installed correctlyThe company has agreed to paying of the balance of the system and to come out and remove the softener, however they refuse to refund any money I paid for a system that was never working properly due to their technician during installation

*** *** in O'Fallon, MO offered to send me a $gift certificate for having a demonstration of a water treatment system in my home from Tri-State Water Power and Air I had a reverse osmosis system in a previous home and was interested On 07/25/17, a technician, *** ***, from Tri-State Water used their chemicals to treat water from my faucet, & asked me to taste it I mentioned it tasted peculiar She then proceeded to use the treated water to clean a spot on my carpet leaving a very lightened area in a very prominent area of the carpet in my living room She was impressed with how light the area became and took a picture of where she treated the carpet and documented her results on her report/estimate I contacted Tri-State Water Power and Air about the stain *** ***, Water Operations Manager , at ***, *** *** got in touch with me *** *** sent out a carpet cleaning service that reported that they could not clean away a

Service person, ***, arrived on time, quickly solved the issue I was having with my water softener, and returned my unit to operating condition

Jeff Cis a great representative of this business He was on time, explained the process of his installation of my new water heater and what I needed to know on an ongoing basis He cleaned up afterwards and my basement was left in the same condition it was before the installation I would definitely recommend

In most cases, the first year of service is free to all customers after purchase of a generator After the first year, Tri-State offers customers a Service Agreement which includes, among other things, the following: yearly maintenance with additional oil change and inspection after
every hours of operation; 24-hour emergency service; replacement of mechanical components and circuit boards while under warranty); and the cost of labor and trip charges are fully covered whether it is an emergency call or during business hours The Service Agreement is recommended, but is NOT required. This customer bought a generator in February of The customer's first year of service was free In January of 2016, the customer chose to purchase a Service Agreement which will expire January 22, The customer's generator was serviced on July 6, This service was covered under the Service Agreement that the customer voluntarily purchased in January, Therefore, no additional charge was incurred The customer was scheduled to receive her annual tuon December 23rd that was also included in her Service Agreement This appointment was canceled due to rainTri-State had planned to reschedule her annual tuthat is included in the Service Agreement she purchased in January, and she is under no obligation to renew the SCM for

I have had an all around wonderful buying experience with Tri-stateWendy helped me to build the perfect package for my water needs (with ease) and having Jeff and Josh install my water system was a delightAll employees were very courteous, thoroughly understood their products, were able to answer all my questions, and the installers even left my house looking cleaner than before they arrived! Tri-state's commitment to customer service makes me feel comfortable knowing not only was this buying experience a complete success but also that I have their full support for any needs I may have in the future

Tri State Water Power and Air just installed three whole house water systems for my family The representative that came to my home was very courteous, professional, and not pushy He did the testing right before our eyes and we were alarmed with the quality of our water We had the system installed yesterday in three homes and we can already see and taste a difference

I recently had a tornado safe room installed in my garage I was worried about getting some heavier things moved in order for it to be installed Daniel and Curtis moved all the necessary things and helped me out immensely! They also helped me decide which direction I wanted the door to face, explained the installation that makes the room safe, cleaned up after themselves, and were very courteous and respectful I now know what I should do in case of an emergency, BUT I hope I NEVER have to use it!

Installed a Rainsoft system in my homeI have owned the system for probably years now and would not recommendThey nickle and dime you with the maintenance for itThey never checked the water pressure when they installed it and when I told them the system was leaking they wanted to charge $$$ to come put in a pressure reducer which should have been put in to begin withRecently moved the system and they charged extra to deliver it ($300+ just to unhook and reinstall plus $to drive to my new home)because now I am out of their delivery area, though the Rainsoft website gives them as the dealer that services the areaFor the cost of this system I expect more
