We have found Tri-State to be responsive During a recent power outage they drove up from the Cape to our house in Smithton, IL to check out our generator and replaced the battery They showed my Wife how to schedule the weekly test as that keeps the battery charged Very nice service technician
Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/02/10) */ A service technician went to see the customers on Friday, January 29thThe service technician found a minor issue of a brine draw line that was pulling airHe resolved the issue and ran a full check of the systemWhen he left, the unit was operating properly Tri-State followed up with the customer on Tuesday, February 2ndThe customer was very satisfied with the service provided and said that everything was working properlyTri-State did send a check to the customers in the amount of their first months payment as compensation for buying bottled water during that time

Tri-State installed a toilet for me two and a half years ago in my master bath. After a musty smell and some warping I decided to replace my flooring in that bathroom. Once my contactor took up the toilet he noticed their was a piece missing from the toilet and the wax ring looked brand new like it was never sealed. Upon further removal of my floors we noticed the subfloors were soaked. It was disgusting and revealed mold growing along my baseboards and on the previous flooring underneath. The mold was everywhere and the smell was unbearable. We cleaned up as best we could since it was a Sunday and I called Tri-State the following day. They came out addressed the situation and agreed something must have went wrong with the toilet install. They were going to follow up the next day to "make things right". A few days go by and nothing, I call and they tell me they aren't sure it was the toilet that was leaking. Mind you my subfloor was soaked when we removed the floor but since the toilet
AS the customer stated, Tri-State has turned the claim over to our insurance companyWe will follow up with the insurance company and see where the situation stands I will also contact the customer and let them know that we are working on the situation
Curtis and Daniel converted my home to "whole home" generator power They explained the process to me and performed the conversion in a professional and timely manner Their work was done very neatly They even straightened the city's utility meter box that had been crooked since the city's install in Thank you Curtis and Daniel

Brian is a very cheerful, conscientious technician He called before the appointment and arrived promptly as scheduled He works efficiently and neatly, leaving nothing to clean up which I really appreciate He is very knowledgeable and gives good advice about any concerns I might have about the system which we have had for many years

I have gotten a call from a lady from tri state water power and air , she proceeded to tell me I have filled out a card at *** *** in my home town I have not And offered to give me a $gift card to have a tech come out and give me a demonstration and to show me how hard out wsyer is conspired to their filter system they bring with them Ok I was interested to find out how bad our city water is that flows through our home pipes So I set a day and they came and had a little filter system they weeee issuing to do the demonstrationOk their little filter water rates better than out city water of course and they the gentleman had us wash out hands with a bar of soap ok it was soft and my daughter wanted to try as well and she said wow cool ! Ok so we went with it and the gentleman man convincing of the system and how well it will save us money on lotions and soaps for laundry and all Ok ! I was more like pushed into buying this system as I hesitated for a long time in witch th
We recently purchased a Rain Soft system from Tri-State and Chris Gwas our installation technician We could not have asked for a better experience He explained everything as he went along, and helped us make the correct decision for the location of the system We thought it was going to be complicated, but he made it look easy He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and thorough! And before he left, he made sure that we understood everything about our new system!
