Installed a Rainsoft system in my homeI have owned the system for probably years now and would not recommendThey nickle and dime you with the maintenance for itThey never checked the water pressure when they installed it and when I told them the system was leaking they wanted to charge $$$ to come put in a pressure reducer which should have been put in to begin withRecently moved the system and they charged extra to deliver it ($300+ just to unhook and reinstall plus $to drive to my new home)because now I am out of their delivery area, though the Rainsoft website gives them as the dealer that services the areaFor the cost of this system I expect more

Tri-State installed a new Rheem water heater in our home 7/19/Jamie the plumber was in and out in less than hoursHe was very courteous and professional and knew exactly what he was doingHe called a half hour prior to his arrival, saw the location of the old unit and went to workHe also pointed out a crack in our furnace exhaust duct work that will need to be taken care ofMichelle in the office was also very professional and courteous and made us feel comfortable with our decision for the product selection and for the installation

I had two bathrooms updated by *** and *** They did an excellent job and I'm very pleasedThey made sure I was happy with the results every step of the wayWhen they left for the day they made sure any messes were cleaned up The materials they used seemed to be of excellent quality I will call on them again if I have any work to be done!!

I bought a water systemhe said we had days to return the systemwe do not notice any thing different with our water I wrote a letter to have it taken out of our house and called most of the number I could find online well with in our days it still has not been days and no one has contacted mewe signed our contract on 3/ so it is getting very close we just want this taking out I feel it does nothing to our water and it was over thats just crazy when you do not even notice any thing different with our water
Tri-State installed a toilet in September of 2015. On or about March 5, 2018, Tri-State received a call from the customer after pulling up their existing flooring and finding that the subfloor was wet. The subfloor was removed before Tri-State was given the chance to assess the
situation. In addition, the toilet installation came with a year warranty. In this case, the complaint was made far more than year after the installation. Because of these facts, Tri-State is unable to accept fault. In an effort to satisfy the customer's needs, Tri-State has agreed to give the customer $for their trouble

A service technician went to see the customers on Friday, January 29thThe service technician found a minor issue of a brine draw line that was pulling airHe resolved the issue and ran a full check of the systemWhen he left, the

Tri-State followed up with the customer on Tuesday, February 2ndThe customer was very satisfied with the service provided and said that everything was working properlyTri-State did send a check to the customers in the amount of their first months payment as compensation for buying bottled water during that time
