I am rejecting this response because: while I thank you for your response, I was already told in the first response to my complaint that a refund had been issued on June 9th, which was never received; the second response attached paperwork for someone other than myself and I honestly hope that this time a refund has actually been sent, but this is now the 5th time your company has told me that When I actually receive a refund check for $is when my complaint will be closed I hope in a week this nightmare is over, as I have been dealing with Healthy Directions since March and it is now almost July.
