On Thursday 3/08/2018, I called Troys Florist at [redacted] First asked if were available for a delivery the next day (Friday 3/09/2018) between 9:and 10am but no later than 10am The lady that took my order "June", assured me they would Not only did I have to keep calling asking why the flower arrangement was not being delivered on time but they also delivered something that had nothing to do with what I had ordered and paid for! Friday was my daughters birthday When my daughter sent me pictures of such arrangement I was totally embarrassedThe arrangement looked totally unacceptable, not professional and most of all not worth the money paid for I have tried to email their customer service people and their attitude and poor customer skills are not acceptable It's disappointing to see they have no consideration for ruining someone's birthday surprise You see such beautiful arrangements on their website and all they are interested in is taking your money No one eve

Ordered flowers, I was charged for flowers, flowers were never received Troys flowers emailed and asked for $more for "out of service" fee I then asked them to cancel my order Troys flowers replied that they would take care of the extra fee and still deliver the arrangement as ordered Flowers were never received, although my credit card was chargedNo answer to the phone number provided to the florist

Said they would deliver yesterday 12/never didCustomer service ignores written emails and calls but quick to Take your money They were needed for today as they advertised same day As my parents were going away If you look on the internet they’re scammers unless they desire a lawyer involved I want my money refunded ASAP!

I ordered flowers for a funeral Their website indicated they delivered to the specific funeral home involved They took their payment and my cell phone number They did not ask for my email address The next day when I went to the funeral, the flowers I ordered were not thereI called, and the rep said that the order was canceled as "undeliverable." At no point during the initial call was I informed that they could not deliver to this funeral home I was told I should have received an email I informed them I had not even been asked for it They promised my refund within 1-business days This has not been received I emailed them yesterday, and they said they had a "glitch" and the refund would be pushed through yesterday Still no refund has been received today

Paid for a beautiful arraignment over $dollars and was contacted by them that they didnt have enough time to make "the same day delivery" this business is a joke it was so embarrassing to be sent a desk top peace plant!!! I ordered what the florist has as the "ZEN GARDEN" on their website along with a balloon for my mother's birthdayWhen I ordered that, I confirmed at the time that they had it available, and was told "yes" She received a small Christmas Mug full of carnations and pine cones with no balloon insteadThey first offered me 10% discount, then 15, then None of which I am happy withThe purchase price for the Zen is plus for the balloon plus for delivery I have asked what the cost of the mug arrangement is and no one will respond to thatThey will only reply via email and when I call the store, they won't give me any answers and are quite rude

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday on Monday, 12/10/18, for delivery on Thursday, 12/13/I got an email this morning (Thursday) that I need to pay an *additional [redacted] $ This is the exact message I received: "Thank you so much for placing an order with us going out to MaryI tried to contact you with the phone number that was provided in your orderThe location in that area has a higher minimum on just the flower arrangement alone, which would be an additional $that would go towards your minimum arrangement costPlease contact us as soon as possible." Thus, I am being charged another $for a misrepresentation of the originally agreed-upon priceI wrote back, telling them I was extremely upset about the charge and, had I known, would've gone to a local florist insteadHowever, since today is my mother's birthday and I'm out of town, it's hard to find a florist who will do same-day delivery after noon I do not appreciate the advertisin

Don't bother picking an arrangementThey will deliver a sub-quality choice, then put you through the whole 'sorry, it's all we could do, read our fine print, yada yada yada

On 11/16, for my mother's birthday, I ordered a box of chocolates (15.99), flowers $57.95, and balloon, $ Order # [redacted]   Total cost was $ I received a picture of a basket of candy with NO flowers includedIt looked like an Easter basket with basic candyThis was NOT even close to what I ordered nor was it near the $I spent I emailed the company, and they offered a $credit, which is unacceptableI then called the company and was accused of lying and then hung up on This company should provide me a full refund and really not allowed to do businessThey have several other complaints for the same thing I am happy to provide you with any other additional information

We wanted to send “Get Well” flowers to our ailing Aunt, so I did a search for local florists for Huntersville, NC area to purchase directly in that areaTroys Florist is what came up in that search I went to their website and placed my order for "My Little Chickadee" and was promised a Saturday delivery (10/20/2018) Saturday, I received an email from Bianca informing us the delivery date was not possibleA call was placed at that point to determine why My husband was told their delivery guys were both out of the shop so they had no delivery driver At that point we agreed to a Monday delivery with the request that the arrangement would be fresh on Monday for delivery On Monday, I called at 11:AM and spoke with Kayla to confirm the delivery of our order After quite a long hold (she said they were short handed), she told me this was on track for Monday’s delivery I checked my email and noticed I had an email from Bianca again This time the email was about “the location in the area for the delivery has a minimum charge an additional $would be charged for the minimum cost.” I called again, this time I spoke with RachelTold her of the email and she told me this is listed on their website under “Our Policies” (which it is NOT)She also told me that Bianca was just informing me of the charge but it was waived due to the issues we had with the delayed delivery At this point, I was feeling a bit uneasy with this company and called my Credit Card Company and placed my account on Hold so no further charges could be accessed Later that afternoon on Monday, sure enough, this company tried to charge the additional $minimum fee and was denied by my bank Now, I find out Troys Florist is not located in Huntersville NC, they are out of state and they place their orders with the local florists in any given area "My Little Chickadee" was not delivered as ordered buy replaced with a substitute arrangementAt the bottom of their webpage under "Our Policies" it is stated there may be a substitution based on availabilityThis being said, we were not given any information on a substitution necessity and nor did I receive an email stating there would be a substitution, therefore, did not approve of its substitution and certainly feel this was not an acceptable substitution The arrangement we picked was a fun and uplifting arrangement due to illness, not a welcome to fall arrangement I am beyond disappointed and greatly unhappy with this company I placed an order in good faith and was led down of path of deception They are not a trusting business and I would stay far away from them
