This site is a scam When I did a google search, it came up with Troy's Florist in Fontana, CA It turns out that this is some company in NJ that pretends to be local There is a blurb on their website thanking people for supporting local business and claiming that they are a family business opened in I ordered a beautiful, and expensive, succulent arrangement What arrived was a joke It did not fall under the category of florist substitution I complained and they would only give me a %refund and stated that they would no longer use that location Oh really? Didn't you say you were local? There is even a dontusetroysflowers.com website devoted to this rip-off which, unfortunately, I did not find until after my troubles

I ordered same day delivery of expensive roses and lilies to my sick girlfriend days later Troys florist delivered a very small order of cheap carnations I contacted Troy Florist and they said they reserve the right to substitute any flower they want and they did not care they were days late in the delivery They will not issue a refund because they said they did bring some flowers

advertising of actual product as mentioned on their website I ordered a flower arrangement weeks prior to delivery Upon delivery I noticed that the vase was not the same as they advertised, the floral arrangements were not the same as shown in the pictures and the upgraded "Luxury" package was as well Basically there were no additional flowers to the overall arrangements I ended up requesting a credit and told them I would have to dispute the charge if they did not credit me

We wanted to send “Get Well” flowers to our ailing Aunt, so I did a search for local florists for Huntersville, NC area to purchase directly in that areaTroys Florist is what came up in that search I went to their website and placed my order for "My Little Chickadee" and was promised a Saturday delivery (10/20/2018) Saturday, I received an email from Bianca informing us the delivery date was not possibleA call was placed at that point to determine why My husband was told their delivery guys were both out of the shop so they had no delivery driver At that point we agreed to a Monday delivery with the request that the arrangement would be fresh on Monday for delivery On Monday, I called at 11:AM and spoke with Kayla to confirm the delivery of our order After quite a long hold (she said they were short handed), she told me this was on track for Monday’s delivery I checked my email and noticed I had an email from Bianca again This time the email was about “the location in the area for the delivery has a minimum charge an additional $would be charged for the minimum cost.” I called again, this time I spoke with RachelTold her of the email and she told me this is listed on their website under “Our Policies” (which it is NOT)She also told me that Bianca was just informing me of the charge but it was waived due to the issues we had with the delayed delivery At this point, I was feeling a bit uneasy with this company and called my Credit Card Company and placed my account on Hold so no further charges could be accessed Later that afternoon on Monday, sure enough, this company tried to charge the additional $minimum fee and was denied by my bank
Now, I find out Troys Florist is not located in Huntersville NC, they are out of state and they place their orders with the local florists in any given area "My Little Chickadee" was not delivered as ordered buy replaced with a substitute arrangementAt the bottom of their webpage under "Our Policies" it is stated there may be a substitution based on availabilityThis being said, we were not given any information on a substitution necessity and nor did I receive an email stating there would be a substitution, therefore, did not approve of its substitution and certainly feel this was not an acceptable substitution The arrangement we picked was a fun and uplifting arrangement due to illness, not a welcome to fall arrangement
I am beyond disappointed and greatly unhappy with this company I placed an order in good faith and was led down of path of deception They are not a trusting business and I would stay far away from them

I called Troys and they led me to believe that they were right there in Livingston, MT and could do a same day delivery of Holiday Flowers to my yr old mother no problemI just wanted them there before Christmas so same day sounded wonderfulI am a florist myself so I asked them what flowers were in the cooler that looked fresh and the young lady played me, telling me not to go tulips but another arrangement and yes they still had the copper colored vase for the arrangement I choseLiarsThey never cameFirst year that my mother did not receive a gift from her daughter for ChristmasI feel such a fool for not checking on Troys reputation first but Livingston is a tiny town and they were at the top of the list of floristsI have called and complained to them but after almost a week no refund has been madeI am going to go to my bank and see if I have any recourse there

I ordered flowers for a friend who had passed awaythe flowers I received were nothing like I orderedI had picked out an arrangement with white roses and a Jesus figurine what I got was red carnations , fake flowers and fake berries along with a graduation figurine??? it was such an embarrassmentwhen I contacted Troys florist they said they could give me a 20% discount so I ended up paying over dollars for carnations and fake flowersdon't ever buy anything from this so called company

Paid for a beautiful arraignment over $100.00 dollars and was contacted by them that they didnt have enough time to make "the same day delivery" this business is a joke it was so embarrassing to be sent a desk top peace plant!!! I am dissatisfied with this business and they are a scam!! They lied abd vCard refused to reimburse us!! They should be shut down!

I ordered flowers. They were not delievered on the day promised, and no one notified me that they would not be delivered on that day.

Don't bother picking an arrangement. They will deliver a sub-quality choice, then put you through the whole 'sorry, it's all we could do, read our fine print, yada yada yada...

They were very courteous. I think they use local florists and ban the local florists that are not up to par.
