I ordered flowers from troysflorist.com that were to be delivered the on October for my wife's 40th birthday Troy's florist emailed me at 1:on October saying that it would be an additional $to deliver the flowers and if I wanted a refund to call them and request a refund When I called, they said it would be processed accordingly I then received an email saying that the cost would be covered and the delivery was already on the truck and could not be refunded When the flowers were delivered, it was not anywhere near what I had ordered, not even close, and I also ordered two balloons and only one was delivered When I contacted troysflorist.com, they offered to refund 10% of the money and pay for this missing balloon After I said this was unacceptable and just wanted a refund, they said they would not refund the money and hung up

Awful to put in one wordThey could not deliver the flowers to the location so asked for a refundHad to call back times before they actually refunded meStill had to wait a week before refund was processed

I know I’m not getting my money backI don’t careBut I don’t want flowers sent days after someone’s birthday
They advertise themselves as floristThey are notThey just arrange for your orders and arrangements through local shopsNext time I will be sure to do that myselfI can’t believe they’re not shut down

This is a scam I spent $and they advertised a guaranteed delivery next day I called on 12/24/when flowers had not been received and were told there is no manager, but flowers would be delivered no later than 12/26/TODAY IS 12/27/NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND, NO MANAGER CALL NOTHING !!

Not only did I get scammed into paying more for a "fake emergency at a florist that didn't even exist" the floral arrangement that was delivered to my mom looked NOTHING like what I orderedAfter paying $they emailed me to tell me they needed another $for a "delivery fee"The lady over the phone settled with $saying she was a local florist in Alaska where the Flowers were being deliveredShe then charged my card another $on top of the $I obviously didn't see the reviews until after the fact or I would have never used this placeOnce I saw some of the reviews I called right away to cancel and get all of my money back and take my business elsewhere but of course when I called to cancel they told me it was too late, so I said okay I am just making sure she will get what I ordered, lady said "yes mam".I said okay it will be a purple vase correct, she said "yes correct"Then told me that sometimes the flowers aren't in stock (roses), so you may have to substituteI und

I should have looked here first - basically the company the stole my moneyDo not do business with themthey will not deliver your flowers and they will not give you a refund

I have little time to waste on companies like this I ordered a table setting for a customer and Troy's pops up on the first page on Google so I called I placed my order with my credit card and they promised delivery the next day It did not show I called to find out where the order was and they said they had not processed it They promised to process the next day, and still it was not delivered I called again and they again said they had not processed it even though they promised it would get special attention and get delivered They are falsely advertising their capability They do not allow you to speak with a manager
They have found a way to use Google to pop up on any floral inquiry for any city to make them look like they are located in that city
This is a bad business I'm watching my credit card now to make sure they don't misuse my information

Flowers were ordered and paid for, however they were not delivered, Despite MANY attempts at resolution, I have yet to receive a refund Any promises of a "call back" or a solution have not been kept There is never a "manager" available, no matter what time I call I have made numerous phone calls and email attempts, never conversing with the same person twice

Anniversary presents are to be delivered on the exact date....or so you'd think I ordered from this company at AM for same day delivery I followed up at PM They apologized for not contacting me but they said "we can't deliver it today - so we rescheduled it for tomorrow, ok?" Ummmm NO!!!! Please run away from this company if you're even remotely interested in customer service Like many others here, I wish I read about this "company" before I place an order

This company should provide me a full refund and really not allowed to do businessThey have several other complaints for the same thing

I ordered what the florist has as the "ZEN GARDEN" on their website along with a balloon for my mother's birthdayWhen I ordered that, I confirmed at the time that they had it available, and was told "yes" She received a small Christmas Mug full of carnations and pine cones with no balloon insteadThey first offered me 10% discount, then 15, then None of which I am happy withThe purchase price for the Zen is plus for the balloon plus for delivery
I have asked what the cost of the mug arrangement is and no one will respond to thatThey will only reply via email and when I call the store, they won't give me any answers and are quite rude

My complaint is similar to several other on here Ordered a particular arrangement for Valentines day $ I could have gotten a better arrangement picking them along the highway The local florist concurred that you should never use online sites as they are deceptive The local florist wanted to do anything I wanted to make it right Troy's florist offered me a 30% refund which I declined Then they upped it 40% Said best and final We shall see if the refund is truly granted I relayed to them that I would be reporting the business to the Revdex.com Didn't seem to scare them

On May 8th, I ordered a flower arrangement from Troy's Florist with same day service The recipient NEVER received the flowers I spent $with nothing to show for it
