I ordered flowers for thanksgiving from this florist via their websiteThe morning of delivery, they emailed to tell me they needed an additional $in addition to the $i had already paid on their website for the orderI have confirmed with american express their charges have processed, as well as registered a complaint
When I contacted their operations manager, she was both rude and dismissive, saying I could either provide the additional funds or not receive my orderWhen I challenged her that I had already held my end of the bargain and transaction, she told me she would refund the charges when convenient and disconnected the call

I ordered flowers over the phone to Troys FloristWhen I received the order it was not the correct orderThe order was completely wrongI spoke to Maty at Troys Florist and I explained to her my issuesShe said the order was not put in correctly and she stated that she see the notes and it was not input correctly and she apologize and she would only refund me $I paid $for my orderThe company that delivered the floral arrangements made it right by correcting the mistake as making the right orderTroys Florist did not seem to care about my needsI asked to speak to a supervisor and Maty told me to hold on and then came back and stated she was a manager and she spoke to another manager and $was the most that could be refunded

Do not use them, it's that simple Ordered placed for around $for a memorial service as they claimed to be "local" to where I wanted the flowers delivered and they are not Then, the almost, but not quite "local" florist (she was actually in another town miles away) who did receive the order called me and I was told the order was for approx$200, so they tried to pocket the other $ We cancelled and actually went into a local flower shop who was helpful and did a rush order

Bull and Associates, Inc, ordered flowers, (Basket of Memories) on April 5, 2018, from Troys Florist, purporting to do business in Madison, Georgia The flowers were delivered; however, they were not the flowers we ordered, nor were they comparable to the flowers we ordered Although the company has a "substitution policy", the flowers we received DID NOT have the flowers listed in the floral arrangement

This company refuses to refund money for a flower purchase that was a completely different lower-quality arrangement from what was advertised, in addition be being delivered on the wrong dayThe website is also misleading, as it describes itself as a local florist for the area I searched for, but is actually a call center in New JerseyThe flowers received were not what was advertised and consisted mostly of filler greenery, and did not contain most of the listed flowers

Troys Florist is a total scam I ordered a $arrangement for my friend who had just lost her husbandIt was a same day delivery on a Monday I got an email on Tues saying it was not possible to deliver until Weds Then Weds rolled around only to get another email saying it would be delivered on Thurs but would have to be a different arrangement than what I ordered I cancelled it for a full refund & they have never refunded me They lie and say the refund has processed, but then it never shows up Total scam-stay away

I placed an Internet order at about a.mon June for a flower arrangement to be delivered on June to an address in Bethesda, MD I received an email within the hour, confirming the price and the delivery date specified in my order At 1:p.mon June the vendor left me a voice mail asking me to authorize a substitution in the order, at an increased price I returned the call at 3:p.mon June and asked that the order be cancelled because I did not want to pay the increased price At 3:p.mon June I received a voice mail from a member of the vendor's staff who identified herself as "a manager." I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday on Monday, 12/10/18, for delivery on Thursday, 12/13/I got an email this morning (Thursday) that I need to pay an *additional* $
This is the exact message I received: "Thank you so much for placing an order with us going out to MaryI tried to contact you with the phone number that was provided in your orderThe location in that area has a higher minimum on just the flower arrangement alone, which would be an additional $that would go towards your minimum arrangement costPlease contact us as soon as possible."

Please do not do business with this company I called Troys Florist yesterday and ordered an arrangement to be delivered today I received this email this morningThank you so much for placing an order with us going out to HampdenI tried to contact you with the phone number that was left in your orderThe location in that area has a required minimum on just the flower arrangement alone In order to get the delivery out there, we would need an additional $that would go towards your minimum arrangement cost The order is also not able to go out for today's delivery but can go out tomorrowWe do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused; they are the only location that does deliver to that areaPlease contact us as soon as possible so we can take care of this for you If we do not hear a response I will process the refund for you to insure that your funds are released back to you, but you can always call back to have it reversed if you would like to pay the additional fundsI thought this was a local company - not a company in NJ I don't understand how they can be this deceptive and still be in business

We had a death in the family and I placed an order for a specific arrangement online The day of delivery the company called and said they would not be able to fill the order due to lack of specific flowers and would be filling it with random flowers they had in stock I requested the order be canceled because it could not be filled with the flowers that were originally promisedThe person on the phone acknowledged and said it would be canceled The cancellation was not processed and the arrangement was delivered after the Troy's Florist agreed to cancel it
When I contacted the company and informed them of the error they threatened that if I wanted a refund they would have to pick up the arrangement It's obvious they had no real intent on doing this, they were trying to intimidate me so they did not have to refund their mistake Of course I'm not going to have them pickup an arrangement from my grieving mother
It's unfortunate that companies like this exist which pray on
