DON'T USE THIS FLORIST! This was by far the worst online florist I've ever experiencedThe flowers were last, it was not what I orderedout of the items were missing including the Vase...that put them in a basketYhe balloons I ordered were not mylar, just regular helium filled balloons As far the customer service...absolutely the worstThey didn't seem to care that my order was late or that it was incompleteYou would think a company that sells flowers knows how much the thought means...No not them all they cared about was the money I had already paidThey offered me a 10% refund on a $order that was missing all long stemmed roses below is what else was missing each roses, 40cm, hot pink stems roses, spray, light pink stems alstroemeria, lavender ginger jar, purple

I ordered the "It's My Party" arrangement to be delivered on 4/6/Unfortunately, the arrangement we paid over $to have delivered was on time, but not at all the product we ordered The website promised the "recipe" of the following rich bouquet: each roses, 40cm, red stem roses, spray, dark red each gerbera, red stems chrysanthemums, button spray, purple stems chrysanthemums, daisy spray, lavender stems statice, sinuata, purple stem hypericum, red 1/stem copper beech, burgundy 1/block floral foam each cube, plum I realize that sometimes minor, insignificant, substitutions have to be made, but the arrangement sent instead of these flowers consisted of nothing but a few cheap carnations (which aren't even a part of the "recipe" let alone the ENTIRE recipe) The arrangement was supposed to have types of flowers, when instead the bouquet delivered included ONE type of flower and two fillers (fern and something else) I believe this com

THIS IS NOT A LOCAL FLORISTIT IS A CALL CENTERThey sent the flowers I ordered to the wrong addressThen they wanted $to re-deliver to correct addressWhen I did not agree to the extra charge they told me the flowers wouldn't get there until tomorrow then refused to give me a refundThis company should NOT be allowed to falsely misrepresent themselves as a local florist

On July 19th, 2017 I wanted to order flowers for my wife. I searched online and found Troy's Florist at the top of the list. There website said "local" and "same day delivery". It seemed that this would be a great place to purchase from after reading those statements. I placed an order for 1 Love's Sweet Medley DX $57.95 each with shipping and tax, the item came to $78.05. When placing the order, I requested delivery prior to 2pm. At 145pm I still did not see that the items were being delivered. I called the phone number listed on the website [redacted] . I was greeted by a employee who took my information and order number then was placed on hold and answered by another employee. I explained my request of a 2pm delivery. The employee told me that I had requested 2pm and that they would be delivered at that time. I advised that it was 147pm, the employee seemed shocked and said that they would get it out as soon as possible. I then called again at 230pm, with no flowers de

Ordered flowers, I was charged for flowers, flowers were never received. Troys flowers emailed and asked for $40 more for "out of service" fee. I then asked them to cancel my order. Troys flowers replied that they would take care of the extra fee and still deliver the arrangement as ordered. Flowers were never received, although my credit card was charged. No answer to the phone number provided to the florist.

I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday march on 15th.She got the flowers and sent me a picI was beside myself because they were nothing like what I orderedI was pretty mad about it when I called TroysI demanded a refund, the girl told me to send her a pic of the flowers my mom gotI did and called her back right awayShe was really nice about and said she understands Im really upset and she would give me a full refundOk so I got an email that said to business days to credit my cardI googled reviews for them and all I saw was bad stuffI was pretty much kissing my $goodbye when days later it credited my cardI really couldnt believe itI wouldnt order from them again and take a chance, but at least they did the right thing this time

Please read my response to themThis email is after they asked for an additional $or they could not deliver my orderThis following excerpt sums up the issue Hi ***, Please cancel my order and refund my money immediatelyWhether your disclaimer says prices are subject to change or not, a markup of $over the $you charged me already after we have a stated contract for delivery is price gougingThat is illegal and consumer fraudYou entered into a contract by entering into the following agreement: Thank you for your order! The products you have ordered are as follows: Send a Hug Puppy Love Bouquet $each, total cost $ Shipping and Service Fee: $ Tax: Sales Tax, $ Total order cost: $ An offer of the above was made and I provided the consideration when you charged my credit cardYou then want to charge me an additional $and refused to deliver my order as such until I provided you with a markup of 220% above the original items

My father passed away on Sunday, November 13, We are located in [redacted] , and the funeral was in Nebraska We found Troy's Florist on the chapel website, and decided to order a floral arrangement from this particular "florist" We placed the order on the 14th of November We chose an arrangement of white roses and carnations with baby's breath and a glass cross My brother lives in Nebraska, and was handling the arrangements He sent a picture of the actual arrangement that this company sent It was NOTHING like the arrangement my wife and I chose There were zero white roses in the arrangement, and no cross Instead, they substituted (without our consent) lilies and a concrete angel that looked like something that would be sent for a child's funeral This is unacceptable! My wife began researching Troy's Florist, and found out that they aren't even a florist They are a call center which takes money from consumers and then contacts local florists to tell them a genera

On 8-14-2017 I ordered flowers for my brother-in-laws funeral and had them delivery. I ordered the Blooming Garden Basket for 79.95, with a toy motorcycle 15.99, delivery for 14.99 and taxes for 7.77. What we got was totally different. I have pictures to prove what we received and a picture of what I ordered. I asked for a refund and the best troys florist will do is 20% of the 79.95. The motorcycle was a misrepresentation as well...it was a $3 plastic motorcycle for 15.99. The customer service I receive was terrible and have the email exchange that went on. Each time I replied to their emails, a different person answered. At one point they were going to give me a 100% refund on the product and then I checked my credit card and it was only 20%, when I questioned them about that I got yet another person and said the 100% refund was a mistake.

advertising of actual product as mentioned on their website I ordered a flower arrangement weeks prior to delivery Upon delivery I noticed that the vase was not the same as they advertised, the floral arrangements were not the same as shown in the pictures and the upgraded "Luxury" package was as well Basically there were no additional flowers to the overall arrangements I ended up requesting a credit and told them I would have to dispute the charge if they did not credit me

I got this message after ordering: Good Morning , I really do apologize in that area the location has a higher minimum on the flowers we would require an additional $and it would go towards the cost of the flowers, so it would be a larger size with more premium flowers, we are truly sorry for thatPlease let us know how to proceedIf you do wish to cancel, please call in, as we do not accept cancellations via email Thank you, Kayla 888-414- I accepted the charge and recieved this reply: Thank you for getting back to us! At this time, we would have to deliver this on MondayIs that okay? 888-414- This is ridiculous! Ficticous charges AND not honoring the delivery dateThis I NOT the company to do business with!

Troys Florist advertises as a local florist, when they are, in fact, not localThey took our $and placed [redacted] order with a local floristThe arrangement was not worth the money we paid, and they only offered a partial refundFor a full refund, they would have to go to the recipient's home (who's father just died) and basically repossess the flowers

I ordered a birthday bouquet for my momI googled a florist in her townThis was the first one that came up -- even had sponsored ads -- I placed an order to be delivered on her birthdayThe confirmation email came and the delivery date was missing, so I emailed them to confirmThey responded within hours to let me know that they had updated the delivery date and that the flowers would be delivered on her birthdayThat wasn't the issueThe issue was when they called (on the afternoon of her birthday!!) to tell me that "location" was closed and they could not deliver the flowers and would refundedIt was already too late in the day to order same-day delivery from a reputable / well-known serviceVERY disappointingThe whole point is to have the gift delivered on the special day and they even confirmed over emailYou can't refund an experienceHorrible

I ordered flowers from this establishment and on the day of delivery I was told that they had been trying to reach me by phone. That was a lie. I had no missed calls or voicemail. I then received an email stating that I had to pay more money as their pricing was wrong. This was on the day of delivery when I was out of options. Then the recipient received an entirely different arrangement. When I complained they said that they allowed substitutions....this was in no way a substitution but it was entirely different order. They offered me an $11 refund which didn't even cover the delivery fee. I will not recommend them to anyone.

My husband ordered a Lavender Present flower arrangement for my birthday from Troys Florist and asked that it be delivered to my place of work on my birthday (which is September 23, 2017). He spelled out the greeting card and paid in full online, and received email confirmation of the purchase. The flowers that were delivered were not the ones he ordered online- the business's policy, written in broken English on their website, says that this may happen sometimes. While annoyed about this we understand that there may be no recourse for compensation because of this. However, in addition to the substituted arrangement, Troys Florist and their local partner, D & J Flower Shop of Philadelphia, PA, did not spell his name or my name correctly, completely misspelled every part of the greeting card, and delivered the flowers on the wrong day (Wednesday, September 20). My husband contacted their customer services to complain about the greeting card and delivery date. At no point

Selected a floral arrangement on Troy's Flowers website, arranged for delivery the next day and paid bill by VisaReceived confirmation of order within the hour however next day received a follow up email stating that order did not meet minimum for delivery area and would need an additional $40, although manager agreed to lower this to $for inconvenienceGrammar and spelling were a tip off that this was a scam and so Visa was contacted to dispute this chargeRecipient later sent pic of flowers received that didn't even resemble the bouquet selected, in fact the bouquet selected was in the $range and the roses and daisy were probably worth $in a local grocery storeBusiness represented themselves as a local business in the [redacted] area, but in fact they're in NJ BUYER BEWARE - this is a SCAM Further research revealed numerous Revdex.com complaints and a separate website dedicated to exposing this business and their fraudulent practicesHoping to be reimbursed for

I ordered flowers over the phone to Troys FloristWhen I received the order it was not the correct orderThe order was completely wrongI spoke to Maty at Troys Florist and I explained to her my issuesShe said the order was not put in correctly and she stated that she see the notes and it was not input correctly and she apologize and she would only refund me $I paid $for my orderThe company that delivered the floral arrangements made it right by correcting the mistake as making the right orderTroys Florist did not seem to care about my needsI asked to speak to a supervisor and Maty told me to hold on and then came back and stated she was a manager and she spoke to another manager and $was the most that could be refunded

Ordered flowers online 1/9/17 for a funeral on 1/11/17. Flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home on 1/10/17. Troy Florist called me 1/10/17 in the morning and told me they could not deliver to the funeral home because it was full, but they would deliver to the cemetery in time for the funeral. I agreed to this arrangement. I just found today (1/14/17) they were never delivered. I called The florist and asked them what happened and they told me they couldn't deliver them. I asked why I was not contacted and received no reply to this. I then asked them if they were planning on keeping my money for the order also. They said they would refund it to me. I will see if this happens.

Placed an order with what was advertised as a family owned florist in West Milford, NJ. The order was for $72.20. They took my credit card info and immediately charged my card. A few hours later, I received an email stating that they couldn't send my fruit basket, but for $40.00 more, they'd send a plant. I called their number where a woman named Angela told me it was because of where it was to be delivered. I cancelled the order and asked for an immediate confirmation. I received an email that was a note, not a real confirmation, and was told it would take 3-5 days for a refund to appear. I emailed back and said that wasn't acceptable, as it should never have been charged in the first place. I then looked for ratings on the company, and found all of the complaints on this site. WE are currently on hold with the credit card company to ensure that they don't pay the company, but this company is scamming people left and right. This is what was advertised: Best West Milford
