Troy's Florist website advertises that they do same day deliveryOn Monday afternoon I ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife at work on Tuesday which was her birthdayThey were not delivered as of Wednesday morningWhen I called them about it they just said they would make sure they are delivered that day and would not tell me why they weren't delivered as promised nor the name of the local florist that was preparing themThe total amount I paid was $

This business is a scam What is on the website, the final amounts they give you for the cost, and communication with regard to status and updates, is non existent DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE After days of trying to get a 60th birthday arrangement to a friend I finally had to call to find the status and ended up cancelling it because they had not responded nor even sent the order out They have no concern for the customer and have absolutely no professional integrity to meet the promises and obligations that they promise They wanted more money and were totally unconcerened that they could not meet their obligations Stay clear and stay away from this business I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office of New Mexico also STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Troy’s florist represents its self to be a family owned local florist when they are actually just a middle man that soures out to actual local florist This alone would not be an issue just not sure why they can’t be honest about it My order was never actually delivered but a call was made to intended recipient a day later who actually went to the local florist to pick up herself An extra separate fee was deducted from my card without my permission three days after I placed my order I ordered and paid for the Health Nut basket on troysflorist.com which was supposed to include fruit, nuts, heathly snacks but the recipient was given a flower/plant No one contacted me from Troy’s or the local florist filling the order in regards to substituting my order with a completely different order I contacted and emailed their customer service regarding a refund and the most they are willing to refund is 25%

I ordered flowers for a funeral Their website indicated they delivered to the specific funeral home involved They took their payment and my cell phone number They did not ask for my email address
The next day when I went to the funeral, the flowers I ordered were not thereI called, and the rep said that the order was canceled as "undeliverable." At no point during the initial call was I informed that they could not deliver to this funeral home I was told I should have received an email I informed them I had not even been asked for it
They promised my refund within 1-business days This has not been received I emailed them yesterday, and they said they had a "glitch" and the refund would be pushed through yesterday Still no refund has been received today

DO NOT USE TROYS FLORIST ONLINE!!!!! RIPOF! When you google local florists *** *** ** their name comes up with an address of *** *** *** Rd *** *** ** *** under the name then you click on it and for their contact number only lists ###-###-####My son found out the hard way websites are not always truthful what they advertise and who they advertise they areThey are NOT a local florist to our areaThey are a third party call center who advertises as they are local but who sub contracts the work out to a local florist near youWe ordered flowers on 5/with confirmation of delivery for 5/never arrived emailed to ask why said would be delivered 5/backed up from Mothers Day (no delivery that day and promise of delivery today or refund) pm still no deliveryAfter several phone calls to them excuses was all I go with a finally today they confirmed delivered but I wont know until that person arrives home this eveningREAD THE REVIEWS FOR THIS COMPANY ON YELP, DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! We found out the hard wayDon't understand how these business are allowed to advertise they are local when in fact they are not also by reviews if and when something is delivered it is not what you orderedI will find out if in fact delivered today and if not what I ordered I will be disputing their charge with my bank to get my money back

This company is scamming people.I ordered a specific bouquet of flowers for delivery to my wife on 12-The company contracted a different florist to provide the arrangementHowever they did not provide the contracted florist with what I orderedThey instead sent them a request to fulfill a basic "florists choice bouqet" at a cost of $The arrangement that I payed $for was never described or shown to the contracted florist When the order was sent to the contracted florist they also failed to provide all signature information and card information resulting in the offer being refused by the contracted florist at first It was for this reason that the flowers were never delivered on the date that I ordered them forWhen I called to find out why they were not delivered appropriately I was told "our drivers were running behind because we are busy" Upon my wife receiving flowers, I asked for a photo of themI was APPALLED at what I sawIt was no where near what I ordered

This company is dishonest- notice that their address is NOT posted in their webpageThey are located in NJ however when we placed an order using their number they swore they were local to the zip code of deliveryThe promised a delivery by 10:am, delivery never arrived at allWhen called about the delivery whereabouts they said it “was in the truck”- it never arrived and they completely liedDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and always verify the business address

This Florist did not send my delivery that I have been calling about for days and then tried to charge an additional 15$ on top of the 22$ delivery charge plus flower feeNow I'm told business days for a refundI'm so angry

I ordered a floral arrangement through Troys Florist .com for a friend in Sneads Ferry, NC who recently lost her mother I purchased a premium upgrade of a featured arrangement, total bill $and changeTroys website is one of the first to pop up when searching for a local florist I reviewed their delivery area at the bottom of the page and there were listings for Camp Lejeune, Jasksonville, Havelock, etcso I felt comfortable they were local I know the area having lived there I received an email the following morning requesting an additional delivery fee of $because the address was outside their service area which alerted me so I called and tried to cancel the order - especially when I found out that Troys is a middleman service and not the local florist The representative, Netta, advised that the arrangement was out for delivery and that the local florist is *** *** I advised I did not authorize the additional delivery fee which she said I would not be

We wanted to send “Get Well” flowers to our ailing Aunt, so I did a search for local florists for Huntersville, NC area to purchase directly in that areaTroys Florist is what came up in that search I went to their website and placed my order for "My Little Chickadee" and was promised a Saturday delivery (10/20/2018) Saturday, I received an email from Bianca informing us the delivery date was not possibleA call was placed at that point to determine why My husband was told their delivery guys were both out of the shop so they had no delivery driver At that point we agreed to a Monday delivery with the request that the arrangement would be fresh on Monday for delivery On Monday, I called at 11:AM and spoke with Kayla to confirm the delivery of our order After quite a long hold (she said they were short handed), she told me this was on track for Monday’s delivery I checked my email and noticed I had an email from Bianca again This time the email was about “the location in the area for the delivery has a minimum charge an additional $would be charged for the minimum cost.” I called again, this time I spoke with RachelTold her of the email and she told me this is listed on their website under “Our Policies” (which it is NOT)She also told me that Bianca was just informing me of the charge but it was waived due to the issues we had with the delayed delivery At this point, I was feeling a bit uneasy with this company and called my Credit Card Company and placed my account on Hold so no further charges could be accessed Later that afternoon on Monday, sure enough, this company tried to charge the additional $minimum fee and was denied by my bank
Now, I find out Troys Florist is not located in Huntersville NC, they are out of state and they place their orders with the local florists in any given area "My Little Chickadee" was not delivered as ordered buy replaced with a substitute arrangementAt the bottom of their webpage under "Our Policies" it is stated there may be a substitution based on availabilityThis being said, we were not given any information on a substitution necessity and nor did I receive an email stating there would be a substitution, therefore, did not approve of its substitution and certainly feel this was not an acceptable substitution The arrangement we picked was a fun and uplifting arrangement due to illness, not a welcome to fall arrangement
I am beyond disappointed and greatly unhappy with this company I placed an order in good faith and was led down of path of deception They are not a trusting business and I would stay far away from them

Sent an arrangement through them and they came back saying that it would be $more but they'd only charge me $of thatI returned the email saying to cancel the orderAt the same time I got a call from the actual florist that was trying to make the delivery and they said that the order was called in earlier that their charge was $less than I was originally chargedAt the same time I got another email saying that out of the kindness of their heart, they were eating all the extras

Product delivered was completely different than what was ordered I contacted business multiple times and sent photos of what was delivered Company ackowledged that I did not receive what I ordered They refused to provide me refund as I explained that I never would have purchased what was sent I advised company that I would be disputing the charges and that I felt the transaction was fraudulent I do not wish for other people to have this experience

I ordered flowers to be delivered Next Day at the florist's website troysflowers.com the next day around 2:30pm when it was already too late to fulfill their guaranteed delivery time, they called and said they'd need $more to fulfill the order with a mix of roses and carnations, or $more to fulfill the order with what I had originally ordered, a dozen red rosesI cancelled the order and am still waiting on a refund

I placed my order through Troy's Florist because they came up as a local florist when I googledI requested a $bouquet for same-day delivery, and they charged a $delivery fee, and additional $for taxesThe delivery arrived next day, and the message was completely botched and misspelled, making the whole gesture seem insensitiveMy friend sent me pictures of the card and flowers she received, and I noticed that it was sent through a different floristThis isn't the shocking as I assumed I had mistaken a FTD type company for a local floristWhen I called the florist who completed the order, they informed me that they had completed the order as it was communicated to themThey even forwarded me the invoice, which shows that a substitute bouquet of $was requested in place of the $bouquet I had requestedWhen I reached out to Troy's Florist, they emailed me to say that they have a "substitution policy" which allows them to substitute a bouquet of equal or higher value if the bouquet I wanted wasn't available at the local floristAlso to add, the "policy" is not available on their website or in the email confirmation after I placed my order
