Troys Florist's ad pops up immediately when searching for a florist within a particular zip code"Same day Service"Bouquet ads were lovelyNot so It's all a scam They emailed me asking for additional $for delivery because the address was too far No flowers that day or the next I cancelled my order and they said a refund will be processed today

I ordered a floral arrangement through Troys Florist .com for a friend in Sneads Ferry, NC who recently lost her mother I purchased a premium upgrade of a featured arrangement, total bill $and changeTroys website is one of the first to pop up when searching for a local florist I reviewed their delivery area at the bottom of the page and there were listings for Camp Lejeune, Jasksonville, Havelock, etcso I felt comfortable they were local I know the area having lived there I received an email the following morning requesting an additional delivery fee of $because the address was outside their service area which alerted me so I called and tried to cancel the order - especially when I found out that Troys is a middleman service and not the local florist The representative, Netta, advised that the arrangement was out for delivery and that the local florist is *** *** I advised I did not authorize the additional delivery fee which she said I would not be

I can't even give them one star they are so badThey will rip you off, and pretend that they are located in the area you are purchasing the flowers in and they are actually no where near thereTrying to support local business and they aren'tThe flowers are not the type, color, size I asked for, they notified my an hour before they were going to deliver that I owed them another $to deliver where there website said they would deliver, to get me to deliver what I orderedThey completely lied to me on the website and then only offered a 10% refund, b/c they "substituted" itemsOf course I didn't get the email until hours after they were delivered - no phone callNot what I ordered, NOT what I paid for, NO refund and NO customer service

DON'T USE THIS FLORIST!
This was by far the worst online florist I've ever experiencedThe flowers were last, it was not what I orderedout of the items were missing including the Vase...that put them in a basketYhe balloons I ordered were not mylar, just regular helium filled balloons
As far the customer service...absolutely the worstThey didn't seem to care that my order was late or that it was incompleteYou would think a company that sells flowers knows how much the thought means...No not them all they cared about was the money I had already paidThey offered me a 10% refund on a $order that was missing all long stemmed roses below is what else was missing
each roses, 40cm, hot pink
stems roses, spray, light pink
stems alstroemeria, lavender
ginger jar, purple

I ordered a flower arrangement and the florist delivered something completely different and sub-standard from the description This merchants website looks like a florist but it appears it may be a scam and they take your order and order something else from another florist to deliverOrdered dashes and roses in a glass vase and carnations and a lilly were sent in a basket

Wish I had read your reviews before ordering a funeral arrangement I ordered a white arrangement and specified no lilies! They delivered a pink arrangement, mainly made up of lilies! No attempt was made to call me regarding substitution and they had days! This was not for a funeral for a female It was an yr old man being given military honors I was so embarrassed to have my name on it! They gave me a 15% refund! Never use Troys Florists!

I placed an order with a whom I thought and was told was a local florist in Tooele Utah which they were notThey are a call center based out of New JerseyI ordered and extravagant flower arrangement for Son & DIL for the arrival of my new granddaughter along with helium balloons and a cardThe arrangement was supposed to be in an abc square vase What they got was a boot filled with dead white roses and some weedsNOTHING-NOT EVEN CLOSE to what was pictured that I was supposed to getHave called numerous times to be given the run around that they have to call so and so to get it resolvedNOTHING is getting resolvedthis company is a scam

My husband ordered a Lavender Present flower arrangement for my birthday from Troys Florist and asked that it be delivered to my place of work on my birthday (which is September 23, 2017) He spelled out the greeting card and paid in full online, and received email confirmation of the purchase
The flowers that were delivered were not the ones he ordered online- the business's policy, written in broken English on their website, says that this may happen sometimesWhile annoyed about this we understand that there may be no recourse for compensation because of this
However, in addition to the substituted arrangement, Troys Florist and their local partner, D & J Flower Shop of Philadelphia, PA, did not spell his name or my name correctly, completely misspelled every part of the greeting card, and delivered the flowers on the wrong day (Wednesday, September 20)
My husband contacted their customer services to complain about the greeting card and delivery dateAt no point

Troys Florist is a total scam I ordered a $arrangement for my friend who had just lost her husbandIt was a same day delivery on a Monday I got an email on Tues saying it was not possible to deliver until Weds Then Weds rolled around only to get another email saying it would be delivered on Thurs but would have to be a different arrangement than what I ordered I cancelled it for a full refund & they have never refunded me They lie and say the refund has processed, but then it never shows up Total scam-stay away

On May 8th, I ordered a flower arrangement from Troy's Florist with same day service The recipient NEVER received the flowers I spent $with nothing to show for it

I called to order flowers to be delivered through this agency I was told that my purchase included same day delivery After I paid and right before they ended the call, they said"Oh by the way, we are too busy to deliver this afternoon, so they will be delivered right away in the morning I was discouraged, but understood it being busy this time of year The next day, I still had not received any conformation on delivery So the next morning I called and asked why they hadn't been delivered They told me they were busy and needed another day After more days with no confirmationI called again to find out what was going on By this time I have spent over minutes on hold and getting hung up on I finally got through and requested to speak with a supervisor They said there was no supervisor So I again asked why my flowers had not been deliveredAnd they said they no longer service that delivery area, and my refund would be credited back onto my debit card

On May 21, 2016, I ordered a Gerbera Daisy flower arrangement from Troy Florist I asked if they had decent looking Gerbera daisies in stockThey assured me that they did I wanted Gerbera Daisies and nothing else What was delivered to my sick friend fried was a cheap kalanchoeAt no time was I ever contacted to say that the Gerbera daisy was unavailable and would I agree to a substitution On May 23, the arrangement was delivered I called Troy Florist and they wanted a picture of what was delivered Don't they know what was delivered! I sent a picture I want a full refund of $but to do so, Troy Florist wants the flowers back They are willing to refund me $and not have to return the flowers Please help!

I wish I had known the reviews before I ordered with Troys FloristI was so upset my flowers for a family member never showed up and my excuse was everything fine on my end to who knows what happened is just awful and embarrassingHow do you make up for this? I placed my order through Troy's Florist because they came up as a local florist when I googledI requested a $bouquet for same-day delivery, and they charged a $delivery fee, and additional $for taxesThe delivery arrived next day, and the message was completely botched and misspelled, making the whole gesture seem insensitiveMy friend sent me pictures of the card and flowers she received, and I noticed that it was sent through a different floristThis isn't the shocking as I assumed I had mistaken a FTD type company for a local floristWhen I called the florist who completed the order, they informed me that they had completed the order as it was communicated to themThey even forwarded me the invoice, which shows that a substitute bouquet of $was requested in place of the $bouquet I had requestedWhen I reached out to Troy's Florist, they emailed me to say that they have a "substitution policy" which allows them to substitute a bouquet of equal or higher value if the bouquet I wanted wasn't available at the local floristAlso to add, the "policy" is not available on their website or in the email confirmation after I placed my order
