Ordered flowers online 1/9/for a funeral on 1/11/ Flowers were supposed to be delivered to the funeral home on 1/10/ Troy Florist called me 1/10/in the morning and told me they could not deliver to the funeral home because it was full, but they would deliver to the cemetery in time for the funeral I agreed to this arrangement I just found today (1/14/17) they were never delivered I called The florist and asked them what happened and they told me they couldn't deliver them I asked why I was not contacted and received no reply to this I then asked them if they were planning on keeping my money for the order also They said they would refund it to me I will see if this happens

Troys Florist is a complete SCAM !! They are Not a locally owned store front It is a Call-Center that takes phone orders, and then they call a local florist for delivery I called them for a Next-Day Floral delivery They did NOT make the delivery NOR did they call to inform me that the delivery was NOT made (I presume if I did not know the delivery was not made, they would have just kept my money!) I called them the next day and they told me that they had no explanation as to why the delivery was not made....it just wasn't They didn't care that my friend did not receive a floral arrangement that I requested from them while she was watching her father pass awayAgain, this is a Call-Center There was NO customer care Nor concern for me Nor for the undelivered floral arrangement I asked to be transferred to the manager, who also could care less and was quite rude to me on top of it all Refund was requested

On Thursday 3/08/2018, I called Troys Florist at *** First asked if were available for a delivery the next day (Friday 3/09/2018) between 9:and 10am but no later than 10am The lady that took my order "June", assured me they would Not only did I have to keep calling asking why the flower arrangement was not being delivered on time but they also delivered something that had nothing to do with what I had ordered and paid for!
Friday was my daughters birthday When my daughter sent me pictures of such arrangement I was totally embarrassedThe arrangement looked totally unacceptable, not professional and most of all not worth the money paid for I have tried to email their customer service people and their attitude and poor customer skills are not acceptable It's disappointing to see they have no consideration for ruining someone's birthday surprise

They use a deceptive website listing "we deliver to" and then name several local hospitals, and funeral homesThey make it look like they are localI ordered flowers for my sister-in-laws funeral and got a call the day they were supposed to be delivered stating that they don't deliver in that area anymore, so it would be an additional $delivery fee on top of the one I was already chargedI then realized I had been scammed and asked for a refund

I ordered a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday on Monday, 12/10/18, for delivery on Thursday, 12/13/I got an email this morning (Thursday) that I need to pay an *additional* $
This is the exact message I received: "Thank you so much for placing an order with us going out to MaryI tried to contact you with the phone number that was provided in your orderThe location in that area has a higher minimum on just the flower arrangement alone, which would be an additional $that would go towards your minimum arrangement costPlease contact us as soon as possible."
Thus, I am being charged another $for a misrepresentation of the originally agreed-upon priceI wrote back, telling them I was extremely upset about the charge and, had I known, would've gone to a local florist insteadHowever, since today is my mother's birthday and I'm out of town, it's hard to find a florist who will do same-day delivery after noon

Troys Florist advertises as a local florist, when they are, in fact, not localThey took our $and placed *** order with a local floristThe arrangement was not worth the money we paid, and they only offered a partial refundFor a full refund, they would have to go to the recipient's home (who's father just died) and basically repossess the flowers

I ordered flowers online from Troys Florist on 3/7/Their ad said same day delivery serviceThey called and left a voicemail that afternoon to say that they could not deliver the same dayThey also emailed meOn 3/8/18, they called and left a voicemail and emailed me to say that the particular flowers that I ordered could not be found, that they wanted to use different flowersThey were also going to charge me an additional $They asked for my permissionI told them in response to their email to cancel my order since this was not what I ordered and that I wanted a refundThey told me that since I did not contact them fast enough they went ahead and sent the order outThe item was delivered on 3/8/without the additional $5, but without my consent

Do not order from this company! Ugly flower arrangements very different from what I ordered! And offered a 10% refund?! I paid $for carnations and picked apart roses! It was an embarrassment at a loved ones funeral!
