If I could leave zero stars I would
Ordered an expensive arrangement from what I thought was a local floral delivery companyThis is a scamThey should be shut downI ordered a large arrangement and they delivered what looked like a $yard plant in a STRAW basket with faux WEEDS sticking out the top
Embarrassing waste of money that reflected horribly on my brand for what was supposed to be a beautiful display of support and encouragement to business partners
I am horrified his is even allowed to still take payment and run
Revdex.com, you should be ashamed you aren’t helping consumers be protected against this fraudFloral delivery is often for sympathy and deaths- this is completely unacceptablePlease do something and shut them down

my flowers for a funeral were never delivered and they couldn't tell me where they ended up or what happenedAlso they said they would call me back to let me know what was going but I heard nothing and the manager was very rude with me on the phoneWhat a horrible experience and I would never do business with them again

advertising of actual product as mentioned on their website I ordered a flower arrangement weeks prior to delivery Upon delivery I noticed that the vase was not the same as they advertised, the floral arrangements were not the same as shown in the pictures and the upgraded "Luxury" package was as well Basically there were no additional flowers to the overall arrangements I ended up requesting a credit and told them I would have to dispute the charge if they did not credit me

I ordered flowers from troysflorist.com that were to be delivered the on October for my wife's 40th birthday Troy's florist emailed me at 1:on October saying that it would be an additional $to deliver the flowers and if I wanted a refund to call them and request a refund When I called, they said it would be processed accordingly I then received an email saying that the cost would be covered and the delivery was already on the truck and could not be refunded When the flowers were delivered, it was not anywhere near what I had ordered, not even close, and I also ordered two balloons and only one was delivered When I contacted troysflorist.com, they offered to refund 10% of the money and pay for this missing balloon After I said this was unacceptable and just wanted a refund, they said they would not refund the money and hung up

I placed an order with them at noon on a Friday and the website informed me I could have same day deliveryAt 4:that afternoon I received an email from them stating that the delivery could not be made and the next available delivery date would be MondayThis was not acceptable as my friend would be out of the hospital by thenThe delay in letting me know that delivery was not available left me without options to send from a different florist, as it was 4:pm on a Friday afternoonI called and requested a refund, which took approximately a week to receiveExtremely dissatisfied! Would it have been too difficult to call me upon receiving the order to inform me same day delivery was not available? Ugh!

I ordered a Zen flower arrangement for a Japanese relative that had passed Troy's florist came up as a local florist in my home state of Maryland The arrangement was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered, they substituted a vastly different arrangement than the one I ordered, wanted to upcharge me, and then messed up the card A "designer's choice" arrangement was delivered a day late and without my permission to substitute the original arrangement When I spoke to the florist, I was told there was a slight flower change because they couldn't get a plant I ordered When I saw what was delivered, that was obviously not the case This business misrepresented it's location and product

I ordered a funeral spray and it was totally different from what was displayed online It was sparse, flowers were upside down at bottom, mostly babie's breath and did not contain two of the flowers in their "recipe" It was an amateur arrangement and very cheap looking for the amount paid They are a bait and switch company BUYER BEWARE!

On Sep I placed an order for a flower arrangement that I had delivered to my spouses work place and paid almost $dollars for itAt first, the florist had called me to substitute the red vase for a clear vase which I agreed to and also to inform me the driver me be a little late due to trafficMy spouse received the arrangement close to the time a had arranged forI did not see the arrangement until my spouse got home and showed meI was furious because I only received half of what the arrangement looked like with completely different flowers and the arrangement was placed in a mason jar not a vaseAfter haggling back and forth via email they offered me a 10% refund, then a 15% refund and I think they are now giving me a 25% refund for the inconvenience (yet to be seen)

I contacted this business via the internet to send flowers to an individual whose son had passed awayI followed up to make sure the person/funeral home received the flowers and to my surprise they were not deliveredThese flowers were ordered on July 6, and I called several times to speak with someone but could never get throughToday I finally reached someone and they said that someone tried to call me in the past few days to tell me they were not deliveredShe also stated that they did not know the flowers were not deliveredThen the story changed to the one place they used in the past had went out of business so they tried other florist and no one would deliver to this areaWhen I ask to speak to the supervisor she said she was sorry but there was nothing they could do In addition, she stated that my money was going to be refundedOf course it is after I followed up but they never tried to contact meI would not recommend this florist to anyone

Horrible service Charged me but never made delivery They had trouble finding the address and didn't bother to notify me Will never do business with them again
