I purchased a Thomas Kinkade floral arrangement and chocolate candies for my grandmother that lives in MIWhen the arrangement was deliver it was a small candle and flowers and NO box of candiesWhen I called the company to ask for a solution to the issue I was told I needed to send them a picture and I explained I live in CA and she in MI, not to mention she is and only uses a landlineThe gal on the line kept arguing with me and then told me I had to email her manager and email pictures, then hung upI did email and have received no responseThe item received was not comparable in price than what I spent and they simply did not deliver the box of chocolates ($on their own)For the run around and avoidance to rectify the situation I want a full refund of $

I ordered a relatively expensive centerpiece arrangement to be delivered at an out of town location After the order was taken, I was informed the order could not be completely as agreed upon, but that a similar (even upgraded) arrangement would be delivered based on the specifications of the original order and my emphasis that light colors be usedHowever, the arrangement that was ultimately was the polar opposite of what I orderedI sent a picture of the delivered arrangement to Troy's to show them that this was not at all what I orderedHowever, they simply stated that the location did they best they could and credited me 40% for the order that was 100% wrong

Selected a floral arrangement on Troy's Flowers website, arranged for delivery the next day and paid bill by VisaReceived confirmation of order within the hour however next day received a follow up email stating that order did not meet minimum for delivery area and would need an additional $40, although manager agreed to lower this to $for inconvenienceGrammar and spelling were a tip off that this was a scam and so Visa was contacted to dispute this chargeRecipient later sent pic of flowers received that didn't even resemble the bouquet selected, in fact the bouquet selected was in the $range and the roses and daisy were probably worth $in a local grocery storeBusiness represented themselves as a local business in the *** *** ** area, but in fact they're in NJ

I made a huge mistake and used Troys Florist, they contacted my on the the day the flowers were to be delivered and said they couldn't find a florist in my area, second day same thing I am finding out they are a scam, these people need to be shut down..I contacted credit card services to launch an investigation and to see if I can get refunded How do people like even get the opportunity to use credit card services

This business is a scam What is on the website, the final amounts they give you for the cost, and communication with regard to status and updates, is non existent DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE After days of trying to get a 60th birthday arrangement to a friend I finally had to call to find the status and ended up cancelling it because they had not responded nor even sent the order out They have no concern for the customer and have absolutely no professional integrity to meet the promises and obligations that they promise They wanted more money and were totally unconcerened that they could not meet their obligations Stay clear and stay away from this business I will be reporting them to the Attorney General's office of New Mexico also STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS

Do not order from this company! Ugly flower arrangements very different from what I ordered! And offered a 10% refund?! I paid $for carnations and picked apart roses! It was an embarrassment at a loved ones funeral!

On July 19th, I wanted to order flowers for my wife I searched online and found Troy's Florist at the top of the list There website said "local" and "same day delivery" It seemed that this would be a great place to purchase from after reading those statements I placed an order for Love's Sweet Medley DX $each with shipping and tax, the item came to $ When placing the order, I requested delivery prior to 2pm At 145pm I still did not see that the items were being delivered I called the phone number listed on the website ***I was greeted by a employee who took my information and order number then was placed on hold and answered by another employee I explained my request of a 2pm delivery The employee told me that I had requested 2pm and that they would be delivered at that time I advised that it was 147pm, the employee seemed shocked and said that they would get it out as soon as possible I then called again at 230pm, with no flowers de

Wish I had read your reviews before ordering a funeral arrangement I ordered a white arrangement and specified no lilies! They delivered a pink arrangement, mainly made up of lilies! No attempt was made to call me regarding substitution and they had days! This was not for a funeral for a female It was an yr old man being given military honors I was so embarrassed to have my name on it! They gave me a 15% refund! Never use Troys Florists!

This was by far the worst online florist I've ever experiencedThe flowers were last, it was not what I orderedout of the items were missing including the Vase...that put them in a basketYhe balloons I ordered were not mylar, just regular helium filled balloons
As far the customer service...absolutely the worstThey didn't seem to care that my order was late or that it was incompleteYou would think a company that sells flowers knows how much the thought means...No not them all they cared about was the money I had already paidThey offered me a 10% refund on a $order that was missing all long stemmed roses below is what else was missing

We ordered flowers over internet...even paid an additional $delivery fee (disclosed/requested after the initial order was placed) The recipient never received the flowers When we contacted Troy's Florist...explained the flowers were never delivered...all the person (Kayla) would keep saying is
"we have delivery confirmation" We are 100% sure the flowers were never delivered because they were sent to an employee...she never received the
flowers All we are requesting is a credit back for the flowers ($67.35) and the extra delivery fee ($15.00)
