I called to order flowers to be delivered through this agency I was told that my purchase included same day delivery After I paid and right before they ended the call, they said"Oh by the way, we are too busy to deliver this afternoon, so they will be delivered right away in the morning I was discouraged, but understood it being busy this time of year The next day, I still had not received any conformation on delivery So the next morning I called and asked why they hadn't been delivered They told me they were busy and needed another day After more days with no confirmationI called again to find out what was going on By this time I have spent over minutes on hold and getting hung up on I finally got through and requested to speak with a supervisor They said there was no supervisor So I again asked why my flowers had not been deliveredAnd they said they no longer service that delivery area, and my refund would be credited back onto my debit card

Ordered flowers for a memorialFirst Troy's Florist accepted my online order, then I got an email stating they couldn't deliver to that address without another $for the delivery feeI had already paid $for deliveryI replied and said I would not pay the fee and to cancel my order They did not cancel the order
I was at the home where these flowers were supposedly delivered There was nothing there like the bouquest I orderedI even asked the woman who was the receipient and she said she never received a bouquet from me
I have contacted Troys Florist several times and they refuse to take responsibility
On Nov 30, I order some flowers from *** Florist and troys florist took over my orderI paid and they delivered some flowers worth I called the local florist that delivered the flowers and told them some mistake was made that the flowers that were received were not the ones ii bought and they said that troys sent them my order saying I wanted those cheap flowers not the ones I actually purchasedI told them to email me the invoice and correct they said that I wanted those flowersWhen I called customer service they said that thry were sorry but that flowed I wanted weren’t available so they needed to be replaced by those (lies) after going back in forth they offered me 10% discount I have not yet accepted their offerI have all the emails and it was there mistake not mine so why should I have pay for something I did not order nor want nor paid forYet I know that they are just going to keep my money and there is no point of arguing with themI took it my
I ordered a birthday bouquet for my momI googled a florist in her townThis was the first one that came up -- even had sponsored ads -- I placed an order to be delivered on her birthdayThe confirmation email came and the delivery date was missing, so I emailed them to confirmThey responded within hours to let me know that they had updated the delivery date and that the flowers would be delivered on her birthdayThat wasn't the issueThe issue was when they called (on the afternoon of her birthday!!) to tell me that "location" was closed and they could not deliver the flowers and would refundedIt was already too late in the day to order same-day delivery from a reputable / well-known serviceVERY disappointingThe whole point is to have the gift delivered on the special day and they even confirmed over emailYou can't refund an experienceHorrible
I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday on-line Troy's florist advertised as a local florist (Kingfisher, OK), so I placed the order with them They are not local, and took a chunk of the purchase price and passed on a smaller amount to another local florist in Kingfisher OK to deliver the flowers to my Mom This related in my Mom receiving a smaller flower arrangement
I would NEVER have chosen them if I'd known they weren't local I will NEVER use them again They should be fined for advertising as LOCAL when they ARE NOT

The only reason this review has one star is because I was required to provide a “star-rating” in order to submit a review! AVOID - DO NOT USE!! I ordered online with this florist as it was one of only a few showing delivery to the location I neededI selected a lovely arrangement in a basketWhat was delivered was not even close to my selection and appeared to be of lesser quality and costI immediately contacted their customer service and though I did receive a prompt response, it almost felt “orchestrated” with lame apologiesAfter reading other complaints with Revdex.com (wish I had checked here first), I feel certain that this florist follows a bait & switch method, with lovely gallery photos that hook the customer, but do not represent actual productsI was told they have a substitution policy and that they make every effort to inform the customer of the substitutionLaughable! Troy's Florist is a scam They don't care about their customers I ordered flowers and were promised same day delivery but before they were supposed to arrive, they decided to move it to another day They will put you on hold for ten minutes or more and then hang up on you Their emails are full of spelling errors and they treat their customers poorlyThe flowers were never delivered and they ended up not looking into it and refunding me but the money is still not in my account
Placed order for Mother's Day Flowers delivery; got confirmation and they charged my credit card for both Neither were delivered and no answer to my email inquiry about this
Long story short, I called to place an order for our year old granddaughter to be delivered to her school at 11am today on Friday When we had not heard from our granddaughter, we discovered the flowers had not been delivered I called and spoke to the first lady that said she couldn't help me When I spoke to the manager, she admitted that their associate was the one to blame because she had not called or left a message with us when the local flower shop needed an additional $(this was on top of the $we had already given them for a $arrangement) So, she just cancelled the order
I ordered a flower arrangement entitled Dance With Me as a Valentine's Day giftThis contained several roses and carnations in a tall red water vaseWhat I received upon delivery, was an arrangement that looked like it belonged in a funeral homeIt contained very few roses, absolutely no carnations, and several "filler" flowersThese were arranged and placed in floral foam in side a red tin pailI was absolutely appalled that I had paid $for an arrangement that didn't even come close to looking like what I had ordered and expected to receiveI contacted the business and they had me send a picture of what I received to compare to what I had orderedAfter reviewing they offered only a 30% refundThis arrangement ruined Valentine's DayI want a full refund

This company represented themselves as being “local” with same day delivery service Their delivery price was extremely high but I assumed it was because they were in a small town (Canton, KS) and offering same day delivery I received an email from them late in the day (same day flowers were supposed to be delivered) saying they did not deliver the flowers as promised because they were overloaded with funeral flower orders I responded back to them with two questions: where they are located because the way the email read I got the impression they werent located in Canton,KS as first believed and secondly, I asked if they would be willing to discount or refund the delivery fee because they did not meet their promised service level agreementThey refused saying the delivery fee is a flat fee and they are unable to refund delivery fees They also did not tell me their true location I emailed a second time to express my disappointment in their customer service (refusal to discount
This is a scam I spent $and they advertised a guaranteed delivery next day I called on 12/24/when flowers had not been received and were told there is no manager, but flowers would be delivered no later than 12/26/TODAY IS 12/27/NO DELIVERY, NO REFUND, NO MANAGER CALL NOTHING !!
