Tried to use Troy's to have sympathy flowers sentCouldn't provide any of the items pictured on their websiteNever got deliveredStill waiting on refundLong waits on the phone, conflicting emails (first they said it was delivered, then no it hasn't been delivered & waiting for me to contact them to go forward)Utterly frustrating so after a week I just called a local florist! stars!!!

I recently moved out of state and wanted to send my mother flowers on Mothers DayI ordered on Wednesday and they said they could not deliver until Monday which was okI paid over $for a bouquet with roses and lilies in a nice vaseThe day of delivery they called me asking for more money to meet minimal requirements to deliverI asked if minimal requirements were over $which is ridiculous since the florist was minutes awayI paid it thoughMy mother sent me a picture of the flowers they sent her and they were cheap $daisies! All together I ended up paying $for cheap daisies sent after Mother's Day!

I can't even give them one star they are so badThey will rip you off, and pretend that they are located in the area you are purchasing the flowers in and they are actually no where near thereTrying to support local business and they aren'tThe flowers are not the type, color, size I asked for, they notified my an hour before they were going to deliver that I owed them another $to deliver where there website said they would deliver, to get me to deliver what I orderedThey completely lied to me on the website and then only offered a 10% refund, b/c they "substituted" itemsOf course I didn't get the email until hours after they were delivered - no phone callNot what I ordered, NOT what I paid for, NO refund and NO customer service

Ordered flowers online and did not recieve, tried calling and no answer, no reply, no email, no communication what so everThey did call me from a cell phone to say they couldn't deliver on the day I wanted, ###-###-####Total scam, there website looks real enough tho but I have seen lots of unhappy people with the same problem

I ordered flowers from this establishment and on the day of delivery I was told that they had been trying to reach me by phoneThat was a lieI had no missed calls or voicemailI then received an email stating that I had to pay more money as their pricing was wrongThis was on the day of delivery when I was out of options Then the recipient received an entirely different arrangementWhen I complained they said that they allowed substitutions....this was in no way a substitution but it was entirely different orderThey offered me an $refund which didn't even cover the delivery feeI will not recommend them to anyone

I went on line to order flowers from what I thought was a local florist- trpys apparently is a nationwide companythe arrangement I ordered for my best friends fathers funeral looked absolutely NOTHING like nor did it have the same flowers picturedI do have photos of both if I can submit them*** offered me or 35% off what I paidthe arrangement I ordered I could have purchased at a local grocery storeThe arrangement I ordered had roses, delphinium, daisies etc and priced at over $I have ordered this arrangement through MY local florist many times because it is beautiful, has quality flowers and I feel conveys the depth of sympathynot a little vase of flowers like what I got!

I ordered a flower arrangement and the florist delivered something completely different and sub-standard from the description This merchants website looks like a florist but it appears it may be a scam and they take your order and order something else from another florist to deliverOrdered dashes and roses in a glass vase and carnations and a lilly were sent in a basket

Flowers were ordered and paid for, however they were not delivered, Despite MANY attempts at resolution, I have yet to receive a refund Any promises of a "call back" or a solution have not been kept There is never a "manager" available, no matter what time I call I have made numerous phone calls and email attempts, never conversing with the same person twice

I emailed the company, and they offered a $credit, which is unacceptableI then called the company and was accused of lying and then hung up on
This company should provide me a full refund and really not allowed to do businessThey have several other complaints for the same thing

I ordered a funeral spray and it was totally different from what was displayed online It was sparse, flowers were upside down at bottom, mostly babie's breath and did not contain two of the flowers in their "recipe" It was an amateur arrangement and very cheap looking for the amount paid They are a bait and switch company BUYER BEWARE!

Troy's Florist is a scam They don't care about their customers I ordered flowers and were promised same day delivery but before they were supposed to arrive, they decided to move it to another day They will put you on hold for ten minutes or more and then hang up on you Their emails are full of spelling errors and they treat their customers poorlyThe flowers were never delivered and they ended up not looking into it and refunding me but the money is still not in my account

THIS IS NOT A LOCAL FLORISTIT IS A CALL CENTERThey sent the flowers I ordered to the wrong addressThen they wanted $to re-deliver to correct addressWhen I did not agree to the extra charge they told me the flowers wouldn't get there until tomorrow then refused to give me a refundThis company should NOT be allowed to falsely misrepresent themselves as a local florist

Troys flowers emailed and asked for $more for "out of service" fee I then asked them to cancel my order Troys flowers replied that they would take care of the extra fee and still deliver the arrangement as ordered Flowers were never received, although my credit card was chargedNo answer to the phone number provided to the florist

Store was advertised as local to *** ** online when I purchased a spring arrangement with African violets, & several other flowers in a basket for my 85th Birthday She received the wrong flowers a day late (tulips)?? I didn't order tulips at all & come to find out this shop is not local to *** ** I called to complain & get my money back & was asked to take a picture of the flowers which are in another state than I am and they will see what they can do

Www.troysflorist.com ordered an arrangement and thr one delivered was nothing like the one advertised - I even followed with an email about if they need to replaced the case to please call me and they replied they will call meThey delivered base and flowers completely different from what I ordered and no balloon eitherI asked for an exchange, full refund, send again the arrangement and they only wanted to refund 10% Sadly now I see many many cases like this with this business

Ordered a beautiful arrangement to go to my future daughter in law for her birthday and never delivered the flowers! Promised me it would go the next day before am again NO FLOWERs or call! When I got a hold of them they said it would be there the following day but I said that wasn't going to happenThey refunded my money but made me look bad to my future daughter in law worst communication and service I ever had!!!!

This company represented themselves as being “local” with same day delivery service Their delivery price was extremely high but I assumed it was because they were in a small town (Canton, KS) and offering same day delivery I received an email from them late in the day (same day flowers were supposed to be delivered) saying they did not deliver the flowers as promised because they were overloaded with funeral flower orders I responded back to them with two questions: where they are located because the way the email read I got the impression they werent located in Canton,KS as first believed and secondly, I asked if they would be willing to discount or refund the delivery fee because they did not meet their promised service level agreementThey refused saying the delivery fee is a flat fee and they are unable to refund delivery fees They also did not tell me their true location I emailed a second time to express my disappointment in their customer service (refusal to discount
